You know when you post a thread and next to your avatar and information you have your signature in that big square box. how do i get pictures there next to my signature

Get the url of the image, and put [IMG][/IMG] tags around the url.

[IMG]your image here[/IMG]

If you don't have a url for the image, go to an image hosting site, such as Photobucket or TinyURL.
