Time for an update! ^_^



Namine who was coming she could feel her bones quake. She put her hood up and pulled her legs in close.

“I’m not gonna cry, I’m not gonna cry…” She whimpered to herself trying to reinsure herself that everything would be alright.

Her door opened. Namine bit her lip as she turned her head away from the man at her door. It was Saix.

“I have been assigned to you child,” He walked closer to her stepping into her room. Namine backed away. She didn’t want him to touch her. “Do you know what that means little one?” He asked pushing Namine into the corner of her room.

Namine whimpered again as she shook her head.

Saix grabbed her by the forearm and yanked her to her feet roughly. He pinned Namine to the wall with his left hand and tore the hood from her head with his right.

“It means I own you!”

Namine’s eyes grew wide.



“Were here folks,” Trevor said as he pulled the Cairo in onto the landing pad “Ile… you’ll never find a more disgusting, rotten, crime ridden place.” He looked over at Riku “You want information you come here. It’s never free but if you know where to look it’s going to be pretty reliable.” He started for the exit ramp. “So who wants to step out onto this mud ball first?” Trevor looked around at everyone “No takers?” he exhaled “I didn’t think so,” he turned back around and lowered the exit ramp and stepped down “Okay lets head out then.” The others followed.



“Wow, look at all the buildings!” River squealed atop of Riku’s head.

“Ile… its one big collection of cities even over the oceans; giant floaters as their called keep the water cites from sinking. You may have noticed when we came in but were on one right now.” Trevor said as he pointed at all the landmarks of the city around him “Oh and watch your step. If you wander off alone down an ally then it’s the last step you will ever make.”

River’s jaw was almost at the ground her eyes wide, an “Oh my…” expression on her face.

Trevor smiled. “Don’t worry we’ll be okay. We know what were looking for so we won’t need any… help from strangers. Just stay out of the refuge sector and you should be fine.”

“Refuge sector?” Riku asked.

“Yep that’s right. Where did you think all of the people who lose their homes in war go?” Trevor responded.

“But the war on darkness…” Riku started before Trevor cut him off.

“Not jus that one but all the other ones; the war on darkness, the Chrisen revolution, the Styx territory war, the Yokrat 50 year war, the Travis Town conflict, and the Slecus inquisition. Some families came here from the Keyblade Construct civil war.” Trevor answered.

“What’s the Keyblade Construct war?” Holly asked her mind still on Keyblades.

“It had to deal with an idea formed by a young Keyblade master named Lucid. He split from the council of the key. It was a council of the different worlds on maters having to deal with darkness and how the worlds Keyblade wielders would have to deal with it. Lucid stated that darkness was not necessarily evil but a stronger source of magic then the normal light magic that was rooted in healing and minor illusion making. He said that he had found an ancient planet that proved what he was saying was true.” Trevor stopped for a second. His listeners were perplexed by both the story and his knowledge on the topic. “I don’t know the specifics but some people thought highly of Lucid’s ideas. You have to know that Lucid never wanted a revolution, but to enlighten the other masters to his discovery. The cursed him calling him a heretic and wanted him killed. This in turn led to a confrontation between Lucid and the masters. No one knows what happened for sure but it’s a common assumption that all the masters including Lucid died. Later a new Keyblade wielder came into being and that is what made spells like dark aura, heart track, and even such spells like fire legal to use changing how people thought when it came to Keyblade masters and their students.”

“So its all Lucid’s doing… the worlds how they are now.” Riku said.

“Yes Lucid’s actions caused a chain of reactions that lead to Ansem, Xemnas, and even Xehanort to become powerful but they were misguided from the start. Lucid was a visionary you didn’t want destruction but enlightenment. Some say that the masters deaths left a void in power not light, darkness, or nothing that still is somewhere out in space. That kind of power frightens me more then you’ll ever know.” Trevor stopped and smiled “Enough of history. We are here to find al Hahdad the information tono. He’ll give us information on Organization XIII.”

“Okay well let us not waste anymore time then.” Holly said.

The others nodded.

“Okay same pairs as before. Were going down to the lower levels of the city so stay alert,” Trevor looked over at Dr. Myanmar

“Don’t worry my boy I’ll stay with the ship. I’m not to found of fighting.” The doctor said.

“Now that that’s settled lets head out.” Trevor stated as he and Holly started off down the street. Donald and Goofy too started to walk off leaving Riku and River alone.

Riku and River looked at each other right in the eyes. That was all that needed to be done. They headed off.



I hope you liked the chapter. Not much action but it needed to be said for later on in the story. Oh and Xi and I are going to write a fan-fic for the adventures of Lucid Lark when we get the few Infinities are done. ^_^ something we look forward to and we hope you do also. Thanks for reading! “This is where you will train before me child. These are simulations but if you make a stupid mistake they are both programmed to kill you and will not hesitate to do so. Do you understand girl?” Saix said as Namine entered the training room.

Namine looked around. There was still dried blood on the floor from whoever was in the room before her. She didn’t want to think Roxas had been hurt.

“Do you understand!?” Saix yelled.

“Yes!”

“Yes, what?”

“Yes… master.” Saying master to a man like Saix sent a shiver down Namine’s spine. She wanted Axel to train her. That was too good for her though. She had a slave driver for a master.

“Normally we would start off with heartless but since Xemnas says your special will start out with something a bit harder.” Saix said over the room intercom.

Dusks flooded the room and Namine pulled her Keyblade from the air.

“Kill all of them in 2 minutes or you will be punished… severely.”

Namine nodded and began to count in her head as she ran into the fray. The dusks were quick on their feet. Dodging her swipes with ease and slapping her hard across the face and back before she could pull back. She lunged at one of the dusks. It jumped over her blade and was nose to nose with her for a few seconds in midair. As it landed it pushed its gray leg back and hit her in the fulcrum of her leg knocking her to the hard metal ground with a painful thump. Namine got to her feet as fast as she could and began her attack again. She succeeded in taking the head off one of the creatures but it did little good for a new enemy took its place. It felt as if it was an endless borage of agony. 1:15 Namine lunged again. She waited until the dusk locked eyes with her. Namine then twisted as she dropped to one knee. She locked her legs at 90 degrease and sawed her way through the dusk splitting it in half through the waist. Namine found her power was not in power but speed and grace. She danced around the room twirling her Keyblade like a cheerleader’s baton. She moved the blade like an extension of her body. It hugged close to her back and was whipped from side to side in slashing and stabbing motions to dispose of her targets with the finesse of a ballerina. :30 She was almost out of time!

Namine rushed a nobody and ran up its legs and gave it a roundhouse to the head breaking its neck.

She turned her attention to the last three dusks. She was tired and began to slow; her once exotic motions now lagging and long.

She sliced through the dusk and hit the second in the chest with the hilt of her blade and flipped it over by locking her legs around its ankles and judo dropping it. She stabbed it through the neck.

Namine pulled her blade from the lifeless body and locked her eyes on the last dusk.

She sprinted knowing that if she didn’t kill it Saix would beat her again. Her burses still hurt from last time.

The blade hit the wall and dug its way into the weaker steal.

“No, No, please don’t!” Namine pleaded as Saix struck her.

“You think this is a game!?”

“Please don’t hit me like that!” Namine tried to pull back but Saix grabbed her arm and pulled her back “It hurts please stop! It hurts…” She began to cry “IT HURTS!!!”

The halls outside the training room echoed with the sounds of a crying girl and the thumps and shouts of a inhuman man. Nothing happened. The beating went on.



Its sad isn’t it? It just makes you wanna cry. I almost cried myself writing it. The saddest part is that stuff like in the last two paragraphs happen in real life. Thanks for reading the next chapter will come out the following Sunday after this one.

I'm so late to noticing when the first update was out, but yeah it wasn't really the most exciting chapter thus far but like you said that was a main chapter to get alot of things out before the later stages.

Riku looked around in aw of the vast city. He had never seen so many people in one spot. Of course he had been to the capital back home but compared to what lay in front of him it was nothing but mud huts.

“Big huh…”

River looked up at River who was laying stomach down on the crown of his head.

“Yeah it’s… fantastic. I’ve never seen so many people before.” He answered as he turned his gaze back to the sprawling city.

“A bit of advice to ya,” River turned back over and looked up at the smog filled sky “Watch your munny or gil, don’t by anything from the venders, and do not I repeat do not go anywhere by yourself.”

“Noted,” Riku replied as he rolled his eyes. He started walking down the side walk, the rode filled with passing cars.



Trevor looked down at his watch and than back at the building in front of him. There was a big open sign under where it said “Hank’s Bar”

“<Could you wait outside princess,>” Trevor asked his voice warm like it always is.

“<Why?>” Holly asked cocking her head in intrigue.

“<I have some business inside.>” He closed his eyes and smiled at her “<Don’t worry you majesty it will only be a moment.>”

“<Okay but don’t be to long Trevor. Oh and you don’t have to call me your majesty or princess. Holly is fine.>”

Trevor nodded “<Sure thing your majesty my mistake I’ll try to remember that in the future.>”

Trevor walked on inside.



“Weapons check sir.” The bouncer said as he put his arm in front of Trevor.

Trevor pulled his weapons belt off and laid it on the try in front of him. The arm raised his arm and Trevor walked past. Trevor looked around and spotted a man in the back. It was the person he was suppose to meet. He started walking.

“It was starting to get a little late. I was starting to think you weren’t coming.” The man said as Trevor sat down at the table.

“Wow when you said you would be in disguise you weren’t kidding. Did it take you long to but wrap that cloth around your head?” Trevor said pointing at the red cloth that covered the man’s face almost completely.

“Not long at all actually. Now enough about my clothes; please report.”

Trevor sighed “Well things haven’t gone like we had planned out.”

“I’ve been hearing that a lot lately.” The man said.

“Oh so she’s having trouble too?”

“Yes but she worked her way around it. Her cover came close to being blown but she recovered the files that Roxas found. I don’t think Roxas or Namine cause any more complications. What trouble have you found?” The man said.

“Well Riku’s path is… clouded. He ran into… well part of my past that I would rather not think of. Were doing well but were going need al Hahdad’s help if we want to find information about the organization if I don’t want to blow my cover and tell them what I know.” Trevor sat back in the booth and relaxed his shoulders.

“No stick to your plan. It seems solid enough.”

“Do you know where I could find al Hahdad?” Trevor asked.

“I’ve herd that she likes the lower levels of the city mostly the inner refuge cities.”

“She but isn’t al Hahdad a man?” Trevor said his eyebrows raised.

“Oh did I say she… my mistake.” The man said his voice as sly as a fox.

“Do you have anything else to tell me?”

“Nothing that you need to know yet.” The man answered.

“Always the cryptic one aren’t you… oh what should I call you now?” Trevor said as he got up from the table.

“Diz is what you can call me from now on.”

“Diz? Well okay I’ll tell the other agents when I get the chance.” Trevor said as he left.

“Goodbye TLK.”



Riku’s phone rang.

“Hey Riku its Trevor. I got some info. Meet us back at the ship okay.”

“Sure be there in a few.” Riku answered. He flipped his phone closed and turned around.

Riku tried to push past the people in the cross walk but to no avail. A man hit Riku in the shoulder hard and almost knocked him down.

“Hey watch where you’re going!” Riku shouted “I swear some people can be such jerks. Don’t ya think River?”

No answer

“River…” Riku said as he looked up. There was no one there. “Riv…

“Riku!” someone shouted off in the distance.




River looked around at the six men you now surrounded her. She had been knocked off of Riku’s head and pushed and kicked into an ally from the crosswalk.

“What we got here boys? Its some kinda monkey girl!” one of the men yelled.

“Stupid she’s part cat just look at her ears!” the other said.

“Well boys it looks like she’s a bit frightened. Who wants to welcome her first?” the man said.

“Me I call it!” a man with a red bandana on said as he reached towards River. He grabbed her by the tall.

“Riku!” River screamed as she pulled away from the man and put her back up against the wall behind her.

“Come here ya little bitch!” The man said as he took River off the ground.

“Put her down!”

The man looked over. It was Riku!

“Who you ‘er brother?”

“I said PuT hEr DoWn, NoW!!!” Riku said his eyes now yellow.

“Oh looks like this boy here doesn’t like our hospitality to his lady friend. Well we don’t take kindly to foreigners mouth’n off to us do we boys!?” The man said as the others pulled chains, pipes, and knives out.

“StEp AwAy FrOm HeR!”

“Or wha…” The man didn’t get to finish because Riku leaped onto him and stabbed him through the stomach with his newly grown claws. Riku’s arm and part of his face were now eclipsed in darkness. The other men came at him but Riku was to fast. He killed the other three leaving the one who was still clutching River. Riku started after him. The man dropped River and started to run. Riku pounced on him like a tiger and dug his claws in the mans arms.

“HoW dArE yOu…”

“Stop it Riku!” River shouted stopping Riku.

Riku looked backed at the man bloodlust in eyes.

“Please…” River pleaded as she jumped onto Riku’s head tears coming from her eyes.

Riku took a big breath in and the darkness retracted. The man got up and ran away.

“You made a bad enemy today kid. This isn’t the last time you’ll hear of the Try gang!”

Riku took River in his arms.

“Please don’t do that again Riku.”

“Don’t worry Irena I… I won’t”

Hey everybody! Time for a new chapter so here ya go and enjoy! ^_^



Roxas looked up at Axel. He waited for his nod before he charged. Axel had been put as his new teacher and was by Xemnas’s command obliged to do what Axel said. Roxas pulled his blade out and charged at the Slecus outpost. Their mission was to go in and steal a new G8 gummi ship. They were now the new ghost squad of the organization.

“Fire!” one of the sentries screamed as he raised his gun and fired. Seconds later the pillboxes lining the top of the outpost wall opened up on him. 50 cal rounds drilled into the ground around him.

Roxas twirled his blade around his body knocking the rounds to the ground as he ran for the main door. He didn’t want to use power needlessly by letting the Keyblades and magic do all the work. He also was ordered by Axel to only use his full power in situations when he truly needed it. Roxas sliced through the door and ran into the main square. Troops were already running out. Roxas cast a speed spell on himself and omnislashed his way through the sentries. Roxas didn’t have much time to rest before he was targeted again. The next batch was a bit smarter. They didn’t all rush up against him only to meet his blade. They surrounded him and pulled out melee weapons. Shock sticks were the main weapon Roxas saw but there were some who were lucky enough to have a katana. The men attacked in groups.

Five blades came down on Roxas’s head at once. Roxas ducked down and put his blade above his head stopping the blades. He twisted his arm around and locked his blade by stabbing it into the ground making the men weaponless. Roxas turned and made agony appear. He clubbed a man in the side of the face crushing his skull in rather than slicing. He gave a Keyblade backed uppercut to the man who he saw trying to pull his pistol out. Roxas dove over oblivion and pulled it from the ground. He needed to hurry dual wielding took a lot out of him and he need to move fast.

Roxas took out the other men as fast as he could and moved on to the inner base.




Roxas looked around and saw no one. As Roxas took a step a red light flashed above him and a loud screeching nose sounded through the hallway. He had triggered a trip beam. Computer controlled machine guns came out of the ceiling and unloaded on him. Roxas’s eyes grew wide. He had no choice he had to use the key shield technique. Keyblades came out of the air to block the bullets that were flying past him like bees out of their hive. Roxas put his hand up and one of the blades launched into the gun port to his left. He continued this strategy until he reached the end of the hallway. Roxas heard another beeping nose and looked around only to find out that it was Axel on his radio.

“Roxas report, where are you?”

Roxas took a moment to catch his breath before he spoke.

“I’m in the inner base. How ‘bout you?”

“I ran into some trouble outside. They have members of SOLDIER here. Watch yourself they are no pushovers. I’ll try to meet you inside. Don’t go it alone we have no idea who they hired to protect the new stealth ship.” Axel answered.

Roxas rolled his eyes and turned off his radio.



Roxas entered a large round room. He threw a Keyblade at the only camera he saw in the room. He saw steal doors around him that looked like they were designed to keep something in. Roxas took another step and the doors opened releasing strange beasts he had never seen before. They were an odd cross between what he thought to be a wolf and a tiger. Their mouths drooled in anticipation of fresh meat. Roxas readied himself.

The beasts pounced!

Roxas brought his blade up to defend himself from the first beast but the second knocked him to the ground. Roxas looked up at yellow eyes and sharp teeth. Roxas put the flat side of oblivion up to protect himself from a pain filled death. He kicked the monster up and over him. Roxas turned around and flung his blade at the beast. His aim was dead on and his Keyblade pinned the wolf to the wall. Roxas didn’t have time to retrieve his weapon; he pulled a new key out of the air and attacked the others. Roxas dove and jammed his point through the bottom of one of the wolf’s skulls killing it instantly. Roxas didn’t pull back in time to save himself from a slap across the back. Roxas turned and decapitated it. Roxas tapped his wound and winced in pain.

“Maybe going it alone was a bad idea.” Roxas thought to himself as he opened the door to the final test room where he would find the ship… and someone he was not expecting



“Hello young one. I have been told about you. I was almost glad when the others said that they spotted you.”

“No way…” Roxas said as he looked at a man who had his back turned to him. He knew who it was. One big dark wing was stretched out. It was SOLDIER first class,

“Sephiroth…” Roxas said

Sephiroth answered by pulling out his famous katana. He came at Roxas holding nothing back.

Not even Roxas’s Keyblade defense was fast enough to stop Sephiroth’s attack. Roxas flew back a good 20 feet before he pulled oblivion out and jammed it into the ground. Roxas pulled back and dove at the SOLDIER legend that stood before him.

Sephiroth easily blocked Roxas’s attack and grabbed him. He pinned him to the wall and pulled his katana back for the final blow. Roxas screamed in pain as his still fresh wound met the cold of the metal wall he was pushed up against.

Sephiroth smiled as he started his attack. Roxas watched the blade come closer and closer. He heard whistling sound. Roxas saw something pass through Sephiroth’s head.

It was Axel’s chakra.

“Simulation terminated.” A computer voice said as Roxas fell to the floor of the blue sim room.

Axel laughed “And you said you could handle this mission on your own.” Axel held out his hand and helped Roxas to his feet. “Listen buddy no matter how strong you get you have to have someone watching your back. That Sephiroth data was only set to a fifth of his true power and he beat you like a roll over blitzball game between the Chucks and the Hakims.”

Roxas looked away from Axel’s gaze.

“Come on Roxas it wasn’t that bad. I don’t think even Saix and Xigbar could do this mission easily,” Axel snapped his fingers “Plus you got pretty far. I mean I don’t think I could have done better myself.”

Roxas smiled a crooked grin.

Axel’s eyebrows raised in amusement.

“Would ya look at that. The boy who never smiles just smiled.” Axel started walking to the door. “Come on lets go get something for your wound. You did great by the way.”

“Thanks… Axel.” Roxas said as he started after him.

“What are friends are for. Commit that to memory.”

Roxas smiled “Don’t worry… I will.”

They walked out of the sim room as actual friends. Roxas’s future best friend.




I hope you all liked the chapter. Kinda short but that will change when School ends. Expect longer chapters when June comes around. ^_^

“Why do you have to hit me like that!?” Namine whimpered as Saix hit her again.

“If you just did it how I told you to do it I wouldn’t have to!” Saix yelled as he hit Namine over the head again.

Namine’s tears flowed like mini waterfalls from her eyes. Her body was slowly turning purple, black, and blue with bruises. She fell to the ground as Saix gave her, a knee to the stomach knocking the wind out of her. Namine tried to push away like a beaten dog.

“Will you listen to me now? Huh, will ya listen to me now you little bitch!?” Saix yelled.

Namine brushed tears from her face and nodded.

“Good girl…” Saix said as he stroked her hair.

Namine looked up and saw the man Saix had detained as a J.A.C. agent. He was a young man not to much older than Axel. His family looked up at him tied to the chair he now sat in. Saix had raided the house and tied them up. The kid wasn’t talking most likely because he didn’t know but Saix never wanted to be wrong. The people who were under Saix in rank he made them treat him as if he were a god.

“He isn’t talking and his family is harboring him. You know what you have to do.” Saix said as he handed Namine his side arm.

Namine put the gun to the man’s head and pulled the trigger.

“Big brother!” The little girl said. She looked no more than 7 years old.

“My son!” The parents screamed.

Namine looked over at Saix. He nodded and Namine pointed the gun at the others. She pulled the trigger again and again. The room was free of sound. Namine could only look at the people she had killed. The little girl in the room troubled her the most. She had just killed a child; a young girl that would never see adulthood. She twitched a little. Namine’s eyes went wide. She was still alive!

“Finish her off.” Saix said.

Namine looked at the gun.

“Not with that.” Saix said.

Namine pulled her Keyblade from the air and walked over to the girl. She looked into her eyes. They were full of fear.

“I’m sorry…” Namine choked.

The girl shook her head as Namine brought her blade down ending her life.

Saix laughed and walked over to Namine. He put his arm around her.

“Good girl.” He whispered “Come its time to leave.” Saix walked out.

Namine’s eyes were still wide. For the rest of her life she would hold what she saw in that little girl’s eyes forever.



“Clink!”
Sora jumped above Cloud and tried to land a falling ax handle strike. Sora barrel shifted his sword to his left hand and leaped off Cloud’s still raised buster blade.

Kairi sprinted to a ramp like rock. She concentrated her magic into her legs for more power and jumped up towards Sora.

Sora saw her come at him. He put out his hand for her to take. The second he felt her hand in his he, he spun and flung Kairi at Cloud. She fell faster and faster down to sand beneath her towards Cloud.

Cloud unlocked his blade and pulled one of the buster blades from the lock taking one in both of his hands. Cloud threw one up at Kairi.

Kairi thinking fast pushed magic to the top of her skin so she could take control of how she fell. Sora threw his blade up at Kairi to catch.

She did and tossed it at the buster blade that was coming closer and closer to her. It hit on the hilt and came at her perfectly straight. Using magic she steadied her course and ran down the flat side of the buster blade. As she reached the end she pushed herself off making her descend even faster. She caught the end of the blades hilt and let it fall down to Sora.

Cloud looked over at Sora and back at Kairi. He smiled to himself. He had trained them well. Cloud’s face became serious again as he readied himself for their joint attack. Cloud raised his sword to defend against Kairi’s attack and put his free hand up at Sora. He needed to block Kairi’s attack so he could focus on Sora. Kairi came down hard on Cloud’s buster blade. Using Kairi’s own power and speed against her, he pulled her down with the slight curve of his blade. He grabbed her on the shoulder and threw her at Sora.

Sora dropped his blade and put his arms to catch Kairi. She made contact hard and pushed Sora 10 feet back in the sand making deep lines in the beach.

“Are you…” Sora started but was interrupted.

Cloud’s buster blade lay flat over his neck ready to pull back across the veins in his neck. Sora and Kairi had lost.

Sora let out a sigh and rose from his feet Kairi still in his arms.

Cloud fell back in exhaustion and sat on the soft sand of the beach and started to laugh.

“You guys have gotten real good. I haven’t had a sparing session like that since the last time I practiced with Vincent.” Cloud said looking up at his students. “You should be proud of yourselves. Not every fighter can bring a SOLDIER first class that close to failure.”

Sora and Kairi looked at each other their faces flushed and smiled.

“As your reward lets go get some ice cream. You deserve it for passing your last test.”

“But Cloud we didn’t beat you.” Sora said.

“That’s right Cloud. You had us in a killing position.” Kairi said agreeing with Sora.

Cloud shook his head.

“The test was not to see if you could beat me.”

“It wasn’t?” Sora asked.

“Then what was it for?” Kairi asked finishing Sora’s thought.

Cloud smiled and rested his hands on the top of their heads and messed up their hair. He waited for the kids to look him in his ice blue eyes before he started to speak.

“The test was to see how you act as a team.”

Cloud cocked his head in confusion as tears slowly started to flow from his student’s eyes.

“Wha…” Cloud said as he felt their arms fold around his waist pulling him in for a hug.

“Thanks Cloud…” They said in unison.

Cloud opened his mouth to say something but decided against it. He just smiled and put his arms around his students returning their hug. A few moments later they pulled back.

They quickly dried their faces of their tears.

“Come on Cloud lets go get that ice cream you promised.” Kairi said her smile spread ear to ear.




Cloud bit into his ice cream watching Sora and Kairi. Sora hand gotten some ice cream on his nose and they started to laugh. Cloud had a small flash back and saw himself with Aerith. Now it was his turn to cry. A single tear came from his bright blue eyes.

“Aerith… at that time I was just happy having you and Zack with me. The only think I needed was to see your smiling faces. Aerith… I miss you.” Cloud thought as he took another bite into his ice cream. Cloud made a face.

“So salty…” He said to himself.




Namine’s story is soooo sad. Well I hope you liked the update.
