Chasing Dreams and Memories: a Sequel to 'I wanna feel something'

Okay, here's a bit of info on the story: It's fifteen years after Namine and Roxas got married, Namine's sister Kairi making their daughters cousins; a new girl arrives on the Islands at the age of six or somewhere around that time line. But when danger strikes the peaceful Islands the four teenagers have to learn to work together, but if one thing ties them all together is one dream and one dream only: They want off the world they've known since they can remember!

Now the teens must learn to work together or they're loved ones and the world shall be destroyed. But can a friendship be repaired after something bad happens? Can some hearts be mended after the attack on their loved ones? Only time will tell what shall happen to the young warriors, so now some info on two of the characters...will be putting some info up on the other two later!

One:

Name: Firefly McClair

Age: 15

Gender: Female

Appearance: Firefly has long white-gold hair that goes down to her lowerback, while her eyes are that of turquoise tinted violet. Her skin tone is white but she's not too pale, she has icy-pink lips that seems to fit a little bit with her personality. Her garment is that of the following most of the time: a dark blue tank top that is off the shoulder on one side. Firefly wears a music note shaped choker that is the exact opposite of cusion's heart shaped one. From her waist down she wears pitch black jeans that fits her nicely, she wears ankle length grey socks.

While her shoes are gold and sliver sneakers, her nose is slim just like the rest of her figure; it's just right for this. Her cheeks seem to have a little bit of a blush to them every now and then, she always seems to have this strange glow to her turquoise-violet eyes. But when she isn't wearing said outfit above she wears a light blue tank-top, and black shorts with a white stripe on both sides of her legs. Her shoes then are white sandles that fit just nicely and has been for the past two years.

Weapon: A wooden sword...that is until she gets off the islands and gets her keyblade 'Change of Heart'.

Heart: Twilight, but her heart is a little more light then most people with Twilight hearts.

Personality: Firefly is a really sweet teen, she is pretty much the happy girl in the group...but isn't the kind to think that everything's going to be okay; she's always trying to find the silver-lining. Firefly is pretty cold and mean to people that she doesn't know, but if you can get past the wall she has up you'll find out that she really doesn't want anyone to get hurt.

Firefly is a soft spoken, always in her own little world. She's extermly shy, after all being treated mean by some of the kids all though it wasn't her fault. Firefly is a really good fighter when push comes to shove, she is always getting into trouble. I guess you can say that line from Harry Potter fits her, 'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good.' (<.< Umm, I'm not going to say anything about that)

Bio: Firefly being on the Islands since she could remember, is sick and tired of this life now she waits for her day to escape; now that she's fifteen she's thought up of a plan with her three best buddies Midnight, Twilight (her cousin, but who she feels as if she's just a shadow of Twi') and Hakru. She's had a nice childhood unlike her childhood friend who didn't have the best of childhood, she and her cousin being the only ones that knew of Midnight's past but had kept it hidden; deciding she had had enough of it she put an end to the attack.

She soon began hanging out with her other friends after a few days of making sure that Midnight was okay, now that the four of them are teens now that they are; they know that no one can stop them from setting out for different world they work on the plan to escape this world once and for all, but she's wondering how long until that day comes and she'll be able to leave this world once and for all...but she doesn't want to leave her friends behind as all.

Name: Midnight

Age: 16

Gender: Female

Personality: Midnight is a shy and withdrawn sort of teen, but just because of that doesn't mean that she doesn't know how to have fun. But she has it by herself or around very few people. She has a sort of past that she doesn't tell anyone about, she is often thought to be a cold teen. But that's only because she's afraid of being hurt, she has always wondered about if there were other worlds beyond the Destiny Islands. She is a loner as some of the other Islanders would call her, a lone wolf not truly wanting to have friends other then Twilight, Hakru and Firefly.

Appearance: Midnight has long silver hair that goes down to her lower-back, she wears a dark blue tank-top that has a red broken heart on it. She wears a heart shaped choker, from her waist down she wears black jeans that fit nicely. She is pale but isn't too pale, she wears black gloves with a white x on them. While her sneakers are blue and white, while her lips are an icy-red. Her eyes are an icy-green color that seems to send chills up someone's spine if they're not use to it. She wears her silver hair in a loose poneytail at times, but it's usual down and a few strands are behind her ears.

Heart: Twilight

Weapon: A wooden sword, then when she gets off the Island it turns into a keyblade called 'Hearts of 'Twilight'.

History: Midnight was treated badly when she was a child, so now because of this she has a 'Don't mess with me' sort of attitude, she just wants someone she can talk to but she doesn't know if she can. Reguardless of warnings the futrue doesn't scare her at all. Midnight is a strange sort of teen, she never tells someone if something is bothering her.

She knows that she's not from the Destiny Islands 'cause of the looks that she gets from the other people, now wondering where her home world truly is. She doesn't know anything beyond the Destiny Islands, but that doesn't mean that she doesn't want to find out. She has been on the Islands since she was six, she then got a place of her own at the age of fourteen.

She has then began to help at the local store so that way she can take care of what she needs to, she then goes to the island and school. Man talk about rough, she is starting to get dreams about things that are black but quickly brushs it off. She can't help but feel that someone else is like her, she spends most of her free time at the island where no adults are allowed. The rest will be played out! I can't say much for on her bio.

Since I don't know if you guys like what was put down, here's the first chapter. The Prologue! Disclaimer: I don't own Kingdom Hearts or any of it's characters. All I own is the ocs and a few other things.

Rain's Tears

Glancing up as tears came to her icy-green eyes, she watches as once more his fist comes flying at her; hiding a wince from the pain the child whispered, "Please, enough with this." Turning on her heel the child fled from the man, stopping as she glanced back she whispered softly,

"Because of you." Without another word she fled from the area, leaving that cold-hearted jerk behind.

Whispering some sort of spell under her breath, the child fled from the hallway racing through the castle. Midnight raced out into the rain-soaked street, stopping the silver-haired kid watched a swirling mass of blacks and purples. Not caring she walked through it, the cold night island wind stung her cheeks, her pale skinned cheeks changing to a rosy red because of the wind.

Looking around her the young girl watched, the six year old had a feeling she wasn't alone. Looking around a girl with white-gold blond hair came into view, suddenly Midnight heard another tossed to the other, "Firefly, come on! We need to get home, our folks are worried sick!" Laughing the one named Firefly tossed back,

"What's the matter Twi'? Afraid, Hakru!" As the boy grabbed Firefly around the waist, giggling the white-gold haired five year old didn't mind. Watching Midnight was unsure if she should join in or not, upon seeing that look in the turquoise tinted violet eyed five year old. Walking over she asked timidly,

"Can I be your friend, or not? I understand if you...huh?!" She was hugged by not only Firefly but the other two, as she stared at them she heard a male voice call out,

"Hakru, come on it's time for bed!" Then two more but this time it was female,

"Firefly, get in here!"

"You too Twilight!" Pouting a little Firefly giggled as Twilight tossed,

"Why can't Firefly spend the night at my house, Anut Namine?!" Silence filled the air for a few minutes, then in a sigh of defeat Namine replied,

"Very well, Twilight. But keep an eye on her." Suddenly out of the blue Hakru asked his dad,

"Hey dad, would it be okay if I spent the night at Twi's place?" A silver-haired thirty-nine year old appeared in the doorway and replied,

"Very well, but no funny business, got that Hakru?" A smile was on his lips as if he already knew the reply, smirking Hakru replied to his father,

"Yes sir, I will not do any of that...besides, you can trust me with them." But Riku seemed to not be paying attention, silence filled the air than he asked softly,

"Who's this girl you found?" Smiling sheepishly, Firefly replied first,

"We don't know, she hasn't told us her name." Smiling softly Riku looked at her and asked,

"What's your name sweetie?"

Smiling just as sheepishly as he was smiling with his eyes, Midnight stuttered, "M...Midnight, sir." Nodding his head Riku replied calmly and softly to calm her down,

"They're a bunch of good kids. You'll have fun with them, what would you say to staying with me?" Smiling since she had already gotten use to Hakru, Midnight replied in a happy and gracefully but also in a gratefully tone,

"Thank you, sir. I would like that very, very much." Smiling softly at the group of five and six year olds, he watched as they all headed off to Kairi's place. Stopping Midnight mumbled,

"Will Kairi let me stay the night?" Walking over to her Riku placed his hand gently on her shoulder, nodding his head Riku lead the group of kids to Kairi's. Knocking on the door Riku heard Sora, smiling he waited until either Sora or Kairi asked, "Who is it?"

Unable to stop himself he replied, "The darkness coming to get you, let me in, I've got a few kids that want to spend the night." Laughing Kairi replied before opening the door,

"Very funny Mr. Terra, very funny indeed Riku. Not!" Laughing at Kairi he asked in a cool voice,

"You really didn't think it was, did you Kairi?" Glaring at him in a childish manner Sora asked,

"What's with the sudden drop off on the kids, Riku?" Smiling sheepishly Firefly piped up,

"It was Twilight's idea!" Looking at the red-headed five year old next to her, Kairi replied softly,

"What are we ever going to do with you, Twi'?" Smiling sweetly Twilight shrugged as she replied,

"I don't know mom."

Smiling Sora said to her, "Whatever, just get upstairs this minute and get ready for dinner."

It was now nine-thirty on the clock, they were told to go to Twilight's room and hangout up there. So where were they?

They were upstairs while Hakru was downstairs, in the living room while Midnight was curled up on a spare sleeping bag; watching the two five year olds go at it. They were playing a game of chess when Sora knocked on the door, looking at the spiky-brown haired young man in front of her; Midnight began rocking backwards and forwards trying to calm herself.

"What's the matter, Mid'?" Firefly asked suddenly, looking at her confused about that piece.

"What are you talking about, Firefly?"

Getting ready for the start of a new life

Staring through turquoise tinted violet pools she watched her friend, smiling she chased after Hakru but stopped short as Twilight stepped in front of her. "What are you doing now, Firefly," asked the teen's cousin. Smiling at Twilight the teen piped up,

"Having fun for the maybe last time on the Islands!" Watching as her cousin rolled their eyes and spun around those flaming red locks dancing in the wind, those sapphire blue tinted emerald green eyes shining a little watching her cousin walk away she whispered,

"Don't need to ruin my fun."

"Firefly!" A voice called from behind, spinning around she watched the long silver locks dance in the wind; those icy-green hue eyes staring into her turquoise tinted violet ones.

"Yeah, Mid'!" She tossed back, the teen chuckled at this piece stopping the sun shining on her pale skin making it seem much more paler. Tossing some of those long, lower-back silver hue locks, she stared at the teen in front of her knowing very well that Firefly was use to her icy-green gaze.

"I heard the little 'fight' you were having with Twilight." Giggling a little Firefly asked in a cheerful tone,

"Fight? I don't know what you're talking about, Midnight." Twilight who came storming back over glared at Firefly and snarled,

"What's that suppose to mean?! Come on, we've got to get this done before tomorrow morning so that way we can finish the rest of the stuff tomorrow!"

Giggling again she had a hurt look in her eyes and whispered sadly, "You don't have to be mad at me." All three of the girls glanced over to Hakru who was shaking his head, the shoulder length silver hair turning those ocean blue tinted emerald-green eyes.

"Easy there ladies, there's no need to get up tight." He was just enough like his father, (now you could mistaken Midnight to be his twin) a weak smile coming to her lips; Firefly quickly turned her gaze to the ground and muttered,

"Hakru's right."

Looking at her friends she said happily, "Come on, we need to get going."

Racing away the four of them set off to do what was needed, finding herself in the secret place those turquoise tinted violet pools looked at all the drawings. Stopping at one that she and Hakru had made Firefly giggled, being in a good mood she glanced around the cave like room kneeling at this one area she stared at it.

"Firefly, you in here?" Hakru asked.

Standing up she glanced over to the entrance and asked playfully,

"Why do you care?" Watching as he walked in those ocean blue tinted emerald green eyes staring into her turquoise tinted violet ones. She looked down at the floor not saying anything, she listened to Hakru began saying a few things flushing she muttered something under her breath; quickly she looked at the knobless door avoiding looking at the sliver-haired teen that was in here.

"Hakru, Firefly, where are you two?! We've got work to do remember!"

Her cousin called out. Turning her gaze to the entrance she called back, "I hear you Twi'!" Racing past Hakru she flushed as her arm brushed his, but not letting him see that light shade of pink on her cheeks. Reaching her cousin she stared at her, a bit of a lost look in her eyes looking at her cousin she muttered more to herself than Twilight,

"I don't get it, the same thing always happens. I always seem to freeze when ever Hakru's around."

Twilight giggled at her and replied quietly yet happily, "I think it's because you like him." Glaring at her cousin now the teen snarled warningly,

"Silence Twi', if you don't there's going to be trouble I can promise you that right now." Twilight tossed back some of her flaming red locks, looking at her cousin who could've been her twin the red-haired teen laughed,

"Really? You know I can beat you any day Firefly!"

A frown coming to her pale lips, she looked away but quickly glanced up as Midnight called, "Hey, I thought you guys were going to be helping Harku and me with the raft!" Walking over to them the sixteen year old just smirked as usual, stopping in front of the two bickering cousins she looked at the both of them; clearly disappointed at their behave.

"I also thought you two agreed not to fight," she snarled.

Turning a dark shade of pink out of embarrassment, glancing away the white-gold haired teen mumbled gently, "Yeah, you're right again." Walking away she thought about the event later, unsure if the others knew she spun around and said,

"Oh yeah! I almost forgot to tell you guys, there's this festival that's coming to town...it's going to be it's first time too. Plus they've asked a few teens from the Islands to help out, my mom kinda signed us up for it." (my two sisters, my mom and me went to this festival thing that day; so that's were this piece came from)

Hakru, Midnight and Twilight looked at her then asked in a furious tone, "What?! When did you find out this lovely piece of news?! When is it happening?!" Letting out a yelp she quickly replied timidly,

"I just found out today, the festival's going to be happening within two days."

Snarling Midnight sneered at no one really, "Great, just great! This just slowed down our plans to escape!" Cringing knowing that this was all her fault she listened as Midnight began tossing random comments, she watched as her best friend began attacking one of the trees on the islands looking at the other two she quickly added,

"Not really, we could still get out of here before it starts."

As the day before their plan to escape arrived they gathered at their usual hang out again, glancing around Midnight listened as her friends began talking to another shifting slightly; she glanced out at the setting sun and whispered,

"We should leave now, right now and forget about all of our problems. What sort of worlds are out there?"

Knowing that her friends were looking at her, the teen shook her head 'causing locks of silver to dance around her in the slight breeze that had appeared. "What are you talking about?" Twilight asked, looking at the fifteen year old cousin of her best friend she pressed on,

"What I mean is this: We should just ran away from everything and everyone, it's like what Firefly said yesterday! To quote her: 'Having fun for maybe the last time on the Islands.' What if this is true? So, before our loved ones get hurt...we should just run away and leave them behind. So, what do you guys think of it?"

Watching as each one of the teens looked at each other, she waited silently for them to reply and finally after moments of silence Hakru replied, "I think Midnight's right, we can't put them in danger. Let's leave tonight, let's get away from here and keep them safe. So, what do you and Twilight think, Firefly?"

Looking down at the ground the white-gold haired teen thought for several moments, finally lifting her head the teen chimed, "I think we should go for it! After all, this has been the chance we've been waiting for, right? So let's go and take what might be our only chance to escape."

Knowing that Twilight might come back with something else, since for their group Twilight was the 'Voice of Reason'. While Midnight was the 'Calm but Phsco one', Firefly happened to turn out to be the 'Silent but yet cute one'. Hakru, was the 'idiotic leader."

"I've only got one thing to say and that's: when do we leave this island?"

Smiling at the red head, Firefly chimed happily, "I don't know, Twi'! But I hope it's really soon, what about you guys?"
