`A Broken Soul, the Remains of Earth/ My Purest Heart for you~

Alright...Here's how this is going to work.
Prior to the disconnection of the worlds and the sealing of the keyholes, Sora, Riku, and a small collection of other characters arive on a desolate world called 'Earth'. There, the land is nothing but a few drifting plates of fractured stone, reminints of once great monoliths remain protruding from the large sea of red material coating the planet, identified by Jimmeny as 'LCL'. Worst of all, nine great behemoth's orbit it all, gazing downward with faces of a single young girl, forever solidified as a stone grin, reflecting both madness and decisivness.
Only one living soul walks amongst this hellish image of what existance once was and could still be, a boy by the name of Shinji Ikari. His mind is fractured and incomplete, and he constantly sinks into small periods of scizophrenia, muttering about 'Father', 'Kaoru', 'Asuka,', and, with the most fear, 'Eva'.
Sora, Donald, and Goofy journey into his memories of the first attempted manually sealed keyhole, and watch as the nightmare unfolds, fighting off the heartless released by an independant division of the Organization, known as Seele, those who lack souls.

Now, for those of you who have played Kingdom Hearts (I doubt anyone here has...) and watched Episode 24 and the alternate takes on 25 and 26 from Neon Genesis Evangelion, could you offer me some more...I dunno, ideas? I want this to mimic the show's climactic ending, from the arrival of Kaoru/Tabris up until the initiation of the Human Instrumentality Project and Third Impact, but I want there to be sufficient changes to the story. I don't want it to be exactly the same, just sort of reminiscent of the overall story.
Help me, please?

Haven't said too much, have I? Besides, the ending's mostly up to the viewer's contemplation, I'm just going to write a story revolving around Kingdom Hearts and how I intreprited End of Evangelion. I'll try not to spoil too much though, don't worry.
