DiZ: You under stand your assignment?

Vincent: Yes it shouldn't be hard.

DiZ: well don't underestimate him he was great power but he just can't use it yet.

Axel comes into view

Axel: I'll make sure he does it right!

Vincent: I don't think so you piece of trash!

Axel: look who is calling who trash we don’t need your help your just a kid!!

DiZ: That is enough! Axel you will not intervene till I tell you to!

Axel: yes master.

Vincent: I can handle it myself I don't need any help!

Vincent looks at Axel he is picking his nose and flinging it at him.

DiZ: he is only there just incase something happens.

Vincent gives a glare at Axel and Axel imitates his glare stupidly.

Vincent: What about this Sora kid will he get in the way?

DiZ: He won’t be he is still sleeping but he will awake soon and you better be done by then!
Axel: What about the king do you think he can be trusted?

DiZ: I'll take care of him just make sure your assignments are completed!

Vincent: What about "you know who" will he come back?

DiZ: I highly doubt it, but if he does he might have a change of heart

Axel: Plus if things go the way we discussed it won’t mater if he comes back or not!

DiZ: One more thing before you leave Vincent take this as a welcome present.

Suddenly two keyblades appear in Vincent's hand. Axel look surprised

Vincent: Thank you Master!

DiZ: They are the Convex and Concave Twilight Keyblades. They will come in handy so don't wreck them.

Then they all disappeared.

Then Vince comes back with the King with a shadowy figure.

Vincent: Did you listen in Master?

King: Yes know you must make sure that the Roxas talks to a girl named Namine ok.

Vince: why?

King: She will help explain things to him that will help him dearly

Vince: yes sir, what about you?

King: Me and my friend here will keep and eye on the Keyblade Master and make sure know outside forces mess with him.

They are about to leave but then the Shadowy Figure talks to Vince in private

Vincent: what is it?

Shadowy figure takes off his hood and it is Riku!

Riku: Know don’t mess this up, I herd you were good that is why I am paying you a lot!

Vincent: never messed an assignment yet!

Riku: good know take this as well.

Riku gave Vincent an envelope.

Riku: Make sure this gets to Sora I would myself or I would have the king do it, but we would mess up our plan so I need you to do it for me ok?

Vince: Yes I will.

They all disappear


Chapter 2


Vincent has just finished his first assignment know he is reporting back to the Org headquarters to talk to DiZ for further instructions.

Vincent: Sir I have finished the first phase.

Diz turns around in his chair to face Vince

DiZ: Excellent and he followed the Dusk?

Vincent: Yes ordering the dusk to attack his friends was a perfect plan to bring him to lead him into going to Castle Oblivion.

DiZ: Yes but now we must wait and see if he passes the tests.

Vincent: What shall I do now master?

DiZ: The rest of the Org members will be going to Hallow Bastion I would like you to join them and make sure you keep and eye on the King you never know what he could be up to.

Vincent: You want me to be spy for you sir?

DiZ: Yes, is that a problem?

Vincent: No master.

Vincent leaves the room and travels to Hallow Bastion were he talks to the King.

King: Everything going in order?

Vincent: Yes master it is lucky that the Orgs plans and ours plans are so similar.

King: Yes, so did he meet Namine yet?

Vincent: By now probably yes he is a wild card you know.

King: Yes, but we need him to help Sora or we did this for nothing!

Vincent: But what will happen if he finds out were he really came form do you think he will still joins us?


King: I am sure he will.

Vincent: Whatever you say master.

Org member: It is time!

King: Let’s go and you do not want to miss this for sure.

Vincent: Oh before we leave I must do something!

King: what is it?

Vincent looks at the letter Riku gave him to give to Sora.

Vincent: Never mind it can wait.

And they leave the room.


Chapter 3


Vincent and the King follow the unknown to the top of Hallow Bastion. When they reached the top there 4 other unknowns and the one the brought them up join them and they all stand on the edge of the castle.

Unknown: Don’t move.

Vincent: Your Majesty what is going on??

When Vincent looked behind him the King was gone. The Unknowns lifts there arms up and begin to chant something in a language unknown to Vincent. Suddenly a strange ball of energy comes up from the bottom of the castle and stops in direct range of Vincent. The ball of energy suddenly zaps Vincent and lifts him in to the air.

Vincent: Ah!!!!!

Vincent started to have visions of the future he could see pain and misery in his friends and the Organization was strong and was ruling over each world with an Iron fist

The ball of energy let go of Vincent and went back below the castle, Vincent was dropped on to the ground. Vincent was now in a red cloak similar to DiZ‘s clothes, he was wear a belt with the Unknown symbol on it, and he had a belt around his head like a head band that wasn’t covering his brown hair so much like Sora’s. Vincent felt very tried and drained from the zap, but then Vincent could feel all the power and knowledge he was given when he was zapped by the ball of energy. The Unknowns were about to take the hood’s off and help Vincent get up but then suddenly Sora came and tried to strike one of the unknowns. The quickly counter it and send Sora back to the ground.

The King comes and joins the other Unknowns.

King: I will take care of the Keyblade Master you and the others bring Vincent back to the base.

Unknown: Ok, but first let me see if the Keyblade master can handle a few Dusks.

The Unknown swings his arm and 7 Dusks appear

Unknown: Go, destroy Sora and his friends

Then he leaves with the other Unknowns carrying Vincent.


Chapter 4


Vincent awakes in room back at the Organizations base and is greeted by DiZ.

DiZ: Well, Well you’re awake….

Vincent: What Happened?

Vincent said tiredly

DiZ: You were made my apprentice and given the same powers I have.

Vincent: What??

DiZ: You are able to use the Keyblades, you are a mercies fighter, and you are loyal to me and there is no doubt that I have made the right choice in making you my apprentice, I hope you will not fail me.

Vincent: Sir, I will not let you down!

DiZ: Good, your training will begin tomorrow.

Vincent looked at the clock it was 8:30am.

Vincent: Sir what am I supposed to do till then?

DiZ: You are my apprentice now you are the highest ranking member in this Organization do what you want, but don’t tick off the other members we don’t have many left since the Castle Oblivion.

Vincent: Yes sir, I think I see how the King and Riku are doing, I don’t seem to trust them very much.

DiZ: Fine, but before you go I wanted to tell you we have acquired a girl

Vincent: A girl sir?

DiZ: Yes a special girl one of the Princess of Heart.

Vincent: Really which one?

DiZ: Kairi

Vincent: Sir, if Sora or Riku find out about this they will rescue her and they could ruin or plans to open Kingdom Hearts.

DiZ: Exactly why we have to make they will not find out. She is the only one we need for our plans to work.

Vincent leaves and meets up with the King and Riku. Vincent, Riku, and the King have become good friends since they have hired him they seemed to have thought of him as Sora,

Riku: Well Congratulations!

Vincent: Thanks

Vincent thought if should tell Riku about Kairi.

Vincent: Riku I…

Riku: Ya?

Vincent: Never mind

King: Vincent you are more powerful now this will help us in destroying the Organization I take it that your training starts tomorrow?

Vincent: Yes

King: DiZ asked me to help you with your training so I guess I will see you tomorrow.

Vincent: Ok, I think I should go see ya later.

Vincent leaves and goes to visit Kairi in her cell back at the base.

Vincent: Kairi?

Kairi looks frightened but acts brave and answers

Kairi: Who are you?

Vincent: My name is Vincent Twilight I am DiZ’s apprentice and I was hired by King Mickey to help takedown the people that took you from your home.

Kairi: So you can get me out of here!?!

Vincent: I am sorry I can’t do that it would blow our cover, I am afraid you are going to have stay in here.

Kairi: Ok, then what do you want!?!

Vincent: To talk?

Kairi: Ok.

Vincent and Kairi talked for the rest of the day Kairi told him about her likes, her dislikes, her dreams, her fears, her past, her friends, and adventure off the island.

Vincent: Wow your life sounds pretty…….. I can’t think of the word for it’s, so… everything it’s hard to explain.

Kairi’s laughs

Kairi: You sound like Sora

Vincent puts his hand on the cage Kairi puts her on the cage as well, Vincent looks at her and they stare at each other.

Vincent: I…

Suddenly Vincent hears the door open and looked surprised

Vincent: I have to go or I will get in trouble I will come back I promise.

Kairi nods her head and Vincent vanishes in seconds.



Chapter 5


Vincent had travel to Castle Oblivion because he herd there was a mandatory meeting because something bad happened and might ruin the Organization’s plans. Vincent walks into the meeting room on the top floor of the Castle; everyone is talking loudly. He sees Xigbar, Xaldin, and Luxord sitting on one side of a long table and Axel and Demyx on the other side of the table and Saix is in the front of the table. Vincent takes the empty seat next to Axel. Vincent lies back in his chair and shut his eyes waiting for the meeting to start but then Axel whispers something into his ear.


Axel: Now how is our little apprentice??

Vincent: Fine, how is our idiot of out Orgaization?

The Org members laugh at Axel. Axel feels humiliated.

Axel: I should have become Apprentice not you, I have the experience and the training!

Vincent: I…

Saix interrupts and starts the meeting. Saix clears his throat

Saix: Ahemmm…I called this meeting because I wanted to tell you that we have to move the plans forward to the next phase.

Everyone in the rooms gasps besides Axel and Vincent. Vincent still has his eyes shut and shows now emotion, Axel just smirks.

Luxord: Why! Sora and his company still haven’t left Hallow Bastion yet we can’t strike there now we don’t have…

Saix interrupts Luxord.

Saix: I know but Axel let Namine escape and she is influencing Roxas!

Axel: I did not let her Escape she got out on her own!

Xigbar: Ya right we know you have a soft spot for her!

Axel: I do not!

Vincent gets up from his chair with anger.

Vincent: ENOUGH!!! I will take care of Roxas and Saix you will stay here and prepare for the attack but not till much later after I turn Roxas. The rest of you will return back to your posts and do what you were originally told to do!

Vincent sighs

Vincent: I have the King get Namine back do you know were he is or Riku?

Saix: The King is with the Superior and I have no clue wear Riku is…

Vincent: Xigbar, I believe you will meet with Riku in your area?

Xigbar: Yes but I am not sure he will come looking for me!

Vincent: Make sure you find him and tell him to come back to the base as soon as possible.

Axel: Why should we listen to you?

Axel says with a smirk to Vincent.

Vincent: Well if you disagree with me maybe you and I can take this outside?

Axel: Love too but can’t it is late and passed my bedtime.

Axel gets up from his chair and leaves the room. Vincent finishes the meeting and goes back to the base were he changes and goes to sleep for the rest of the night.

Vincent is dreaming he sees himself in front of Kingdom Hearts he looks behind him the King, Riku, Sora, Donald, Goofy, Kairi, Roxas and Namine are all on the ground badly hurt. The door opens and Vincent walks in. Suddenly Vincent wakes up in a cold sweat he looks at his clock he has 45 minutes till he has to start his first day of training. Vincent gets up gets from his bed strips from his clothes and goes into the shower he cannot stop thinking about Kairi. Vincent walks out of the shower gets dressed and has some breakfast he decides the after training he go visit Kairi. After he finishes breakfast goes to the training room and meets the King half way there.

Vincent: Good mourning you Majesty.

King: Are you ready for training it is not like anything you will ever do it will very difficult.

Vincent: I have something that will drive me

King: What is it?

Vincent: It’s a Secret.

They reach the door that leads to the training room the King and Vincent exchange looks and open the door and walk into the room wear DiZ is waiting.


Chapter 6


Vincent and Mickey walk into the room were they see DiZ sitting in a chair in front of a table that looked like some kind of computer.

DiZ: Welcome to the Training Room! This is the training will be, are you ready?

Vincent: Yes, but before I forget, Mickey I have your next assignment.

Vincent handed a small piece of paper to the King and then the King read it. Then he crumpled it up and it burned up right in his hands.

The King: It will done but, after your training.

Vincent: Yes, of course

Dizs pointed to the door which led down to the Simulation Area. Vincent went threw the door and down the stairs, walks into the middle of the room and Summons his Keyblades and shut his eyes. The King spoke into the Microphone.

The King: Are you ready?

Vincent took a breath.

Vincent: I am ready, begin simulation!

Vincent heard strange noise then opened his eyes and the room was filled with Heartless and Dusk. Vincent is very surprised and yet scared! He thought he couldn’t take on all of these Heartless and Dusk by himself! Then he remembered Kairi and how he wanted to see her, be with her and he drove himself to destroy every last one of them. Vincent didn’t know were this was coming from he was actually feeling love for the girl. Vincent charged at the Heartless and Dusked .Vincent got threw almost a quarter of them but he was over powered and they piled on him. The King was about to shut the simulator off but DiZ stopped him.

King: We have to save him or he will be destroyed!!

DiZ: Wait a minute…

Seconds later there is a bright light coming from were Vincent was piled on. The Heartless and Dusk were destroyed instantly. Vincent got on his feet and a bright light or energy was surrounding him. He lifted his head up and summoned his Keyblades and destroyed the rest of the Heartless and Dusk. He finished off quickly with great speed and strength. After they were destroyed he went on his knees and the light was gone. The King was an amazed and DiZ looked happy.

The King: What was that?

DiZ: That was the power of Twilight. This is just the beginning of what that power can do!

DiZ was right for the next 5 months Vincent became stronger with his new power and learned to control. All he needed to do was think of Kairi; Vincent needed to use his emotions to control his power. He used is emotions of Sad and Hated to tap into the power of Darkness and the power of Light he needed to use the emotions of Happiness and Love. For Twilight he wasn’t sure yet it was still hard to find the right emotions, Everyday, after training he would go visit her they would talk and laugh for hours. There love grew and soon Kairi memory of Sora was slipping away. Soon she started calling Sora the light brown haired kid. Vincent knew that her memory was being erased and he knew this bad for his plans with Riku and the King but he knew the less she remembered about Sora, the more room in her heart for him.

Vincent is now with Kairi and they have been talking for about 3 hours

Kairi: How long have you been training?

Vincent: I think it was been about 5 months

Kairi: You train almost all day too, you come to visit me at 8:00 P.M. and you said you start at 6:00 A.M.

Vincent: Well I try my hardest to finish up and come here to see you. You help me motivate myself. I really never had someone that I was this close to before.

They share a smile for a minute. Then Vincent looked down then back up.

Vincent: I love you Kairi

Kairi looks surprised. Vincent I thought he just crossed a line and thought he needed to get out of this place fast

Vincent: I am sorry I think I should go!

He gets up and is about to walk away when…

Kairi: I love you too…

Vincent looks surprised and very happy. He walked backed to the cell and they kiss threw one the openings in the cell.

Vincent: May I come in?

Kairi: yes you may

Vincent types a code in a keypad next to the door and walks into the room.

Vincent wakes up and looks at the clock in is 5:30 A.M. He has to go or he would be late for training. So he kisses Kairi on the cheek, and whispers into her ear: “I’ll come back for you, I promise.”, then he gathers his clothes and leaves quickly. During training all Vincent could think about was Kairi and last night so he drove himself hard so he could see her. After training was over he rushed to the cell and saw that it is empty and there was a note addressed to him.



Chapter 7


Vincent walks into the cell were Kairi was you could see that she tried to leave in a hurry. He could still smell her scent in the room he always loved it. He opened the letter carefully. Each inch he opened the flap on the envelope he could feel his heart breaking. He opened the letter and read it to himself, it said:

Dear Vincent,

I remember who the light brown kid is now
I love him dearly and it had occurred to me that I replaced
My love for him with you and for that I am truly sorry.

I love him and that will never change
I left because I need to find him
That was why I left home in the first place to find him.

Please don’t try to stop me I need to do this
I must walk this path I choose
I must walk this path without you.

“A dream - a dream of you in a world without you”
I remember you saying this to me and I will never forget you.
I hope you will forgive me, I will never forget last night.



Kairi

Vincent was very angry when he finished the letter you could see a tear falling down his cheek. Vincent heart was slowly breaking and his anger for Sora had grown into a strong hate. All Vincent could think about is destroying Sora and he knew how he was going to do it. He knew though if he went on a rampage he would ruin all the plans that he had, so Vincent did the next best thing, he sounded the alarm for the escaped prisoner. The remaining Org member rushed to the cell room and saw Vincent in front of the empty cell.


Saix: What happened I herd the alarm and came running!?!

Saix looks at Vincent and then the empty cell Saix put the piece together.

Saix: Kairi escaped! Twilight did you do this? What is that paper in your hand?

Vincent put the paper in his robe quickly.

Vincent: It’s nothing Saix and no I did not help Kairi escape. I want you to tell everyone in the room to meet in the meeting room for an emergency meeting.

Else were the King, Riku, and another Org member with his hood on were on there way to the meeting room when they bump into Kairi who was looking very scared.

Riku: Kairi!?!

Kairi: Riku!?!

Riku held Kairi in his arms and could feel all of the memories and feelings rushing back. The King was surprised to see Kairi as well but then he got focused.

King: We have know time for this Riku take Kairi to Twilight Town drop her off with Roxas’s friends and come back straight here Vincent will cover for you.

Riku: Ok, Kairi come with me.

Riku teleported in a dark cloud of shadows Kairi was scared but she knew she would be safe.

In the meeting room there was buzz of fear in peoples mind Vincent could sense when everybody was here Vincent started the meeting.

Vincent: I have called this meeting because I am afraid I will have to take our plans a few steps forward since Kairi had escaped.

Axel: Now who fault is that you were the last one to enter the room last night and you last to leave the room as well, and you left very late with your coat off and clothes wrinkled.

Vincent: Are you implying that I helped Kairi escaped!?!

Axel: Well if the picture fits!

Vincent: It’s “if the shoe fits” moron!

Axel: Whatever, but still you are the only suspect in Kairi’s escape.

Vincent: The reason I took off my robe was its get hot in that room that’s how my clothes got wrinkled.

The Unknown with his hood on stands off and takes his hood off. It is Roxas.

Roxas: I believe him!

Axel: Ok, whatever…. You know I think you can’t handle all this power if we can’t trust you about this what else can we not trust you about. I think that we should replace you with someone else that has more experience.

That is when Vincent snapped he summoned his keyblades and stabbed Axel quickly right through his center of his body. Axel exploded into dark specks.

Vincent: Anyone else have any issues!?!?!

DiZ looks happy Riku, Roxas, and the King looked very surprised on Vincent’s Actions. The other Org members are a little angry that they lost another member since it is only Saix and Demyx were left. Next DiZ smirks and claps his hands.

Vincent: This meeting is over you know what you are supposed to do!

They leave the room and then another meeting is held with Vincent, Riku, Roxas, and the King in Vincent room.

Riku: What didn’t you tell me that Kairi was here!?!

Vincent: You would have blown or cover and exposed us! I had no choice to keep it a secret from you.

The King: It doesn’t matter we must now get into our spots if we want to pull this off.

Roxas: Here this is form us we thought you might want something more comfortable.

Roxas gives Vincent some new clothes that Vincent put on under his red robe.

Vincent: Alright, were is Kairi?

Roxas: She is at Twilight Town with my friends she should be safe.

Vincent: Ok I will see you all later.

They leave room and Vincent summons Demyx and give him a piece of paper and he leaves the room.

Vincent sits in his wooden chair in his room. He pulls out his from Kairi and when he pulled it out the letter that he was supposed to give Sora. Vincent anger for Sora grew he knew that he has lost his all of his friends first Riku and now Kairi he was running out of friends. He knew that he had to take care of Sora now before he was alone again, but before he could get up Demyx came into the room.

Demyx: I returned Kairi back to her cell as you asked.
Vincent: Very good.

Vincent noticed something different about him and stopped him before he could leave.

Vincent: Demyx, you were pretty lucky to get away from Sora I herd he hurt you pretty bad.

Demyx: Well, I am pretty strong and Sora isn’t as strong as you might think.

Demyx turns around and Vincent had disappeared from his chair. He turns around again in a split second Vincent strikes him with his Keyblades and Demyx falls to the ground and turns into Axel.

Vincent: Next time don’t put a heartless clone in your place at a meeting.

Axel then disappeared into nothing. After killing Axel, Vincent left to the training room and went into the center of the room and summoned his Keyblades he new that Sora was coming and he wanted to be ready for his destruction. The door opened and Sora walked into the room not knowing that Vincent was waiting.







Edit: there will be one more chapter but it won't be out till after KH2 come out.
