Chapter 0: Rain.

In a time of crisis, words enter a person's mind.

For this fourteen year old American in the city of Tokyo, Japan a few words entered Chris Macunne's mind.

"I have to get lost." He thought.

With Police sirens echoing in the distance people would assume that was a good thing right? Wrong!

For this kid, the cops were anything but helpful. They were the ones who caused all the grief he been through since he and now his late mom and dad came to this island.


Chris ran from what he could call a bus terminal.

His shakes gave him extra speed but for him that wasn't any better.

He had just watch his family and other member of the mission group die from gun fire from the cops.

They were after a tall, Asian girl who was wearing all back and rollerblades with rockets on them. He thought she did no wrong.

"Their are killers, and rapist running around and you send all your guys out for a girl who make graffiti?!!" Chris yelled into the sky.

He was in a back ally so no one heard his rage but the good Lord in Heaven himself.

Chris was ready to pull his red hair out in anger when he suddenly just dropped unconscious.

His body laid their, lost in a unfimllar city, didn't know Japanese, or have anyone to turn to.

The funny thing is that when someone gets lost, sooner or later someone finds that said person.

(Anyway. If anyone does not know what Jet Set Raido is I'll give you a cheat sheet.

It was a game made from Sega about teenagers in rocket powered rollarblades spray paniting all over the city of Tokyo because of an evil fat guy takes over the city and goes Hitler on everybody. The main guys, Beat, Gum, Corn,Yo-Yo, and many other boys and girls are in gang called the GGs and they cause mayem for this guy and rival gangs.

The teller of this story is the DJ Profsseer K. the one and only DJ of Jet Set Radio.

I fleat like not alot of people know about JSRF so I'm making a new story. New characters, same setting, good story.

I hope this will not be like my last failures on here.

I don't understand really...

You need more detail and to expand the chapter out. Your paragraphs are two sentences and don't give any detail on what is happening. I would have liked to "Seen" more of the city, the path, what had happened. To "Hear" the thoughts...

You see what I mean?

But, improved alot over last time.

Chapter 1:Neo G and some History

Tokyo: Shibuya-cho District.

As the many people woke up to the clear blue sky. The shopping district of Shibuya-cho, was the best place to be in Tokyo at day. The district used to have the shops full of color,charm, and music.

Not anymore. The hill that Shibuya-Cho had been on, the whole city of Tokyo, and the people had been been stripped of it's rights of speech and expression by the corrupt and powerful ADMN Crop.

ADMN's Leader, Sakku Dosu had bought his way as mayor of Tokyo and made the people's lives a pain to deal with.

He fired all the competent police men and women and switched them with killers, creeps and nut jobs.

Many people had become poor due to the heavy taxes and "protection fees" from the cops.

This had happened before but History repeats itself and not many were willing to put a stop to this. The ones who did were once called the scum of the streets.

The Rudies and Jet Set Radio Future.
The Rudies are what the people, nicknamed the teenagers who wear magnetic rocket powered Rollerblades and spray the streets in paint as a way of expressing themselves.
They end up in their own gangs and the best and most publicly know was the GGs.

After a ten years they had disbanded but new people have filled in their shoes. The Neo Gs.

Jet Set Radio Future is a underground pirate radio station that plays nothing but hard core music and may give the truth on what goes on in the world, unlike ADMN's propaganda radio stations. It was once just Jet Set Radio.

The old DJ Professor K. A African American genius had died in a fire and the new DJ S-Unleashed was now in charge of the beloved radio station.

One of the Neo Gs. Roxi, a sixteen year old Asian girl who from the hairs on her head to the bottom of her skates was in black. The Boss Beat had told her to share some art to Shibuya-cho's bus terminal. She had grind ed on a few rails to get to the terminal.

She took off her sunglasses and looked at the bus terminal. It was a big wide open area filled with rails to grind and ugly building to paint over.

"Well time to have some fun." Roxi muttered to herself. She skated with grace and swiftness as she took out a spray can and unloaded her artwork on the buildings, buses, cars, even people that flipped her off.

Roxi noticed many people gathering in one of the gaps. They didn't look like they were Japanese. European?,American?

She dashed for a better look. Roxi saw a red haired hair boy wearing glasses, a green shirt, and baggy blue jeans, and similar looking rollerblades.

She chucked. "If he had head phones,a yellow shirt and blue sun glasses. He would look like the boss." Roxi thought. They boy also had a cross necklace like many of the people there. They were Christians. Soon Roxi heared familiar sirens of the ADMN Police. "Hey one little shits,No public gathering!" The captin yelled. Many of the people next to the gaint cross didn't understand a word he said. "All right fire!" Yelled the captin.

"Shit"she swore. The Cops soon circled the crowd and aimed their guns at the people and fired. Roxi hit the boost dashed button on her skates and smacked a few into a wall.

The kid skated out of the area in sheer panic and shock. Roxi kicked few more cops to the ground and spray panited their faces and weapons untill the captin ran away.
"Wuss." Roxi yelled she tried to find anyone alive but had no luck. "One more reason to end this crap." She muttered as she dashed out of there.

She skated to the Neo G's base but on the way their she found the same kid laying on the floor pasted out. She grabbed him and head for the base.

Okay.

First off, the exposition was like reading a text book. Only the last third was any real story. You could have posted the first bit as something separate or as revealed throughout the story. That might have worked better.


The way you used swears was awkward too. You could have used lesser swears, or have had the group be called "scum"


The boss description was also awkward, and didn't flow very well.

The description of the action was also awkward. It needs a bit more detail on what is going on, who is doing what, what people look like besides Roxi and the boy.


But, it has improved. I'm just trying to help.
