Chapter VII
Once again I start to dream about Rin, the girl that I met not to long ago. This time it was Rin who was sad. I was in an alley when she ran into me. She was crying and looked miserable. But I didn’t respond to her. For some reason, I was too shy to talk to her. So I just stared at her for the whole time. All she did was sitting on the floor whipping her tears and all I did was lean on the same wall she sat by and stared at her. The dream didn’t seem to stop there, the dream continued until sunset occurred. That’s when I noticed her blue eyes and told her, “Your eyes are really deep and blue….they’re beautiful….so please, stop crying…smile, and it would compliment your eyes even more.” she then stops as I asked her too, looks back at me and says “I like your eyes too….They’re bright red. They’re pretty…you look nice when you smile too!” Then after that we were as close just as we once were in my first dream…or maybe my first dream wasn’t showing my ‘first’ memory of her. Maybe it was a really strong memory that allowed my other memories to come back piece by piece. Oh well... it doesn’t matter….as long as I keep regaining my memory, I don’t have to worry about losing my friendship with Rin…If we are still considered friends.
Aside of dreams, my day has started out pretty bad. For some reason, when I tried using the shower in my room, the water wouldn’t come out. Neither would the Sink. The only key I have is to my room, so I can’t use the other bathrooms in this building. I tried asking Rudimix but he wasn’t in his room. He always disappears somewhere without any consent. I tried asking Xenka but he just laughed so hard I thought he was going to choke. There’s no one here other than these two. Larxene and Axel live in the white castle so they don’t have a room key. Marluxia went back to the white castle as well so it’s pointless to knock in his door. I don’t know what to do….
Marluxia: Lestraxil? Are you ok? Why are you sulking here in the hallway?
Lestraxil: My bathroom shower and sink broke….I thought you were still in nobody castle so I didn’t knock on your door. Xenka wont let me use his and Rudimix isn’t in his room….so here I am, out here looking for a bathroom.
Marluxia: oh. I just got here so it would have been a waste to knock on my door. But you can still use my bathroom if you like.
Lestraxil: Really? Thank you Marluxia…I mean master Marluxia.
Marluxia: its ok, you can call me Marluxia if you want. I don’t mind. I’ll just get Vexen to fix your bathroom. Sorry this happened.
Lestraxil: It’s ok….thanks for lending me your bathroom.
Marluxia: Don’t worry about it.
After I took a shower and re-dressed myself. Marluxia then holds my hand and tells takes me back to my room. Just like the hug and kiss Marluxia gave me, I felt the same way when he touched my hand. I wonder why I feel like this every time he does something like this to me. Oh well…I don’t really mind. It’s not like it’s a bad feeling. Then when I was about to enter through my door, Vexen opens it and comes out of my room.
Vexen: Lestraxil. I already fixed the problem.
Lestraxil: Wow. You got here quick. You even fixed my shower and sink even quicker.
Vexen: Don’t worry. it was just a bit of pipe tightening that’s all. Seemed like al your water was going somewhere else.
Lestraxil: thanks Vexen…
Vexen: No problem.
Marluxia: Well then Vexen. You may return to nobody castle if you like.
Vexen: That place is really dull right now. I would like to stay here for a little longer if tat’s ok with you. The organization Xemnas gave you sure is more interesting than the ones back home huh?
Lestraxil: What?
Marluxia: Vexen! Please do what you wish but I need to talk with Lestraxil alone right now!
Vexen: Whatever you wish, Marluxia.
Lestraxil: Xemnas allowed you to have your own organization? Vexen must be referring to the rest of us, isn’t he? So you’re not really trying to overthrow Xemnas? Xemnas ordered you to make another organization? If it’s true…than why
Marluxia: It’s not what you think. Axel and Vexen are just being used. They both think that Xemnas gave me you and the other members as a second branch to the organization. But in reality there is no branch.
Lestraxil: if Xemnas didn’t really order that second branch, than wouldn’t they have found out by now?
Marluxia: I told them that they weren’t allowed to tell the other members since the ‘second branch’ is suppose to be a beta plan until we make it official and that I will be the only one to report to Xemnas on the progress on the beta plan. That way they won’t speak to anyone about it and Xemnas won’t find out. They believe I’m giving reports to Xemnas about this second branch and that they are here to instruct you and the other members but in reality I’m making them our pawn in our favor.
Lestraxil: What about Larxene? She’s with the real organization too, isn’t she?
Marluxia: She follows me willingly. There is no point in deceiving her… just calm down, Lestraxil. Don’t you trust me?
Lestraxil: I’m sorry Marluxia. I didn’t mean to doubt you….
Marluxia: It’s ok. Let’s just wake up the other members…wait, never mind. I already see Rudimix passing by.
Rudimix: Hey. Why is everyone up so early?
Marluxia: I should ask you the same thing. Lestraxil here needed to borrow a bathroom and you weren’t in your room, so I had to lend her mine.
Rudimix: Forgive me, master Marluxia. I was taking my daily walks. It’s a warm up for our daily missions.
Marluxia: Well next time, advise me. I don’t like secrets.
Rudimix: Yes sir.
Marluxia: Lestraxil, bring Xenka here.
Xenka: Don’t bother, I already heard the commotion. Anyways…what mission do you have planned for us, master Marluxia?
Marluxia: well since every one is here…Today I will ask you to all have your hoods on for this mission. It seems Ansem has an eye on us today and won’t let us leave his sight. I suspect Ansem will tell a couple of members about us and try to use them against us, which means we will need new clothes so the real organization members suspect anything. So the mission is to go and find a new uniform for our organization, which ever one more popular will be the one we will al wear from now on. This way no one can know who we are and Ansem will
Rudimix: So what kind of clothes are we suppose to look for?
Marluxia: Personally….I would ask you all to wear black. It would be easier and closer to the color of our cloaks. Also this doesn’t mean you should leave and go through corridors with your clothesonly. The corridors of course will consume you if you don’t wear the cloaks. So just wear cloaks over your new uniform when it’s decided.
Lestraxil: Is it ok to buy more than one outfit? I wouldn’t want to wear the same clothes over and over….
Marluxia: You’re right. Ok you are all allowed to buy as many clothes as you want. So what worlds will you all be going?
Xenka: ‘m going to Halloween town…I heard a girl that can sow some petty nice clothing design…
Rudimix: I’m going to buy my clothes in Traverse Town. Maybe Cait Sith can help me find some nice clothes.
Lestraxil: I don’t really know where to choose….I always kind of liked the cloaks…I guess I could add something new to my closet.
Marluxia: Why don’t you come with me? I know these people in this world who make nice clothes. It would give us some time alone.
Rudimix: on second thought, maybe I should go with you too, master Marluxia. I don’t know what you the other members want so I’ll just look and see what you guys think and vote on whatever you like.
Marluxia: Very well then…Xenka wait here, Axel will be accompanying you in a sec. Rudimix and Lestraxil, you two come inside my corridor.
Lestraxil, Rudimix: Yes master Marluxia.
After we got out of the corridor, I saw this really big gate in front of us. Then Marluxia and Rudimix put there hoods on and I begin to do the same. Marluxia then makes a gesture to follow and starts to push the gate. When it opened I saw a very tall castle. The castle was especially dark and spooky. I wondered why Marluxia wanted to find clothes here. But nonetheless I still followed Marluxia. Marluxia then led us inside the castle. The castle was even darker inside and had a large amount of statues.
Marluxia then knock son a small door that’s at the side from all the other doors. Then Rudimix and I started to hear these loud noises. As if someone was stomping really loud. Then a huge beast comes out the door and makes a loud howl at us. Rudimix and I then wield our weapons and attack until Marluxia stops us.
Marluxia: Don’t worry, he’s a friend.
Unknown: Who are you people? Why did you come to my castle!?
Marluxia: Don’t you remember me, beast? It’s me….Marluxia.
Beast: You’re the one who helped me with my rose. Sorry, I didn’t recognize you with your hood on.
Marluxia: it’s alright. I came here to ask you for some assistance
Beast: What do you need?
Marluxia: My friends and I need some new clothes to disguise ourselves. Can you give u some samples of clothes to decide what to wear?
Beast: Very well…I will give you some of my clothes to you….but since I am not familiar with your friends, I will not allow them to stay in my castle…..
Marluxia: Understandable
Beast: Whatever you wish, Marluxia….Well then
Rudimix: This beast is your friend?
Marluxia: Yes, I once helped him in his garden. That is…before he was cursed. I can no longer help him with anything anymore…. But let’s forget what I said and focus on today’s mission…
Lestraxil: So what do we do now?
Marluxia: Just wait outside….I will call you in when the clothes are ready….
Rudimix: ok.
Rudimix and I sat next to the entrance of the Castle for a while but we soon started to get bored. As usual, the conversation we generally talk about is me and Marluxia and how my relationship with him is working. I started to get bored of the conversation and asked Rudimix to walk with me around the castle...We were pretty much as bored as when we were sitting in the stairs but for some reason we both didn’t mind as much. I then see Rudimix’s hand and started to wonder if I went and hold Rudimix's hand I would feel the same emotion I did when I hold Marluxia’s.

Rudimix: Why are you holding my hand?
Lestraxil: hmm…I don’t feel anything…oh well….
Rudimix: What?
Lestraxil: I always feel some strange emotion when Marluxia holds my hand. So I thought I would feel the same emotion again if I grabbed someone else’s hand…but I felt nothing….did you feel anything?
Rudimix: I felt awkward….well I guess you don’t know much about being in love…
Lestraxil: well…I was just thought it would feel the same every time I hold someone’s hand
Rudimix: You sure changed a lot Lestraxil….

Rudimix: Hey, Lestraxil. Isn’t it that girl that’s being possessed by Ansem?
Lestraxil: Your right….Hey! Rin, why are you here?
Rin: I came to find the keyhole to the world’s heart.
Rudimix: We can’t allow you to do that. Lestraxil, don’t just stand there! Go and fight!
Rin: Ansem says it’s for the good of all of us and soon it will be. So let me do what I need to do! If you’re my friend you would back off!
Lestraxil: I’m sorry Rin…but I can’t let you do this…
Rin: I knew it Allister…you never really were my friend….
Lestraxil: Yes I am! But you’re clouded by Ansem! Please just let us help you. We will get rid of Ansem so you won’t have to be controlled by him.
Rin: No! It’s you who needs help Lestraxil! Ansem told me that you never wanted to be my friend and that you only used me like all the other so-called friends.
Lestraxil: What? I never used you Rin! At least…I don’t remember that I did….
Rudimix: Don’t let her get to you Lestraxil! Ansem is the one who is using people. He’s using her so she can toy with your mind.
Rin suddenly starts to feel pain and fall on her knees for some strange reason. Rin then moves her hand towards me. I tried reaching back but darkness suddenly surrounded her and slowly transformed her into Ansem. Right when I grabbed Ansem’s hand he then squeezes it hard and throws it back to my face.
Ansem: Heh, I guess you saw right through me. Nevertheless….I am willing to kill you both in order to get the heart of this world. So prepare to fade away, empty beings.
Ansem summons his shadow creature and starts to attack us. This time I was fighting Ansem and Rudimix was fighting the shadow creature. Ansem started to fight just like how I he did back on memory skyscraper, but this time I have a few more surprises for him. I then summon a few whips to attack him but he managed to block most of them. Still, he didn’t block all of them, which means I’m able to injure him even further. I just need to summon more. I then summon two whips to trip him and a two extra more to cuff his hands, I then hit the basis of his shadow allowing the shadow creature to fade away. Now Rudimix and I can concentrate on Ansem alone without anyone else interfering. My plan executed well until Ansem started to get enraged and broke free from my whips. He then summons a double sided version of Rin’s sword and beings to twirl it around and create darkness out of thin air. He attacked me and destroyed every single whip I summoned at him without any hesitation. All I could do was stay at the defensive. His attack was too strong and I was only able to use my main whip to block of his attack, all the other whips were too weak and easily destroyed…I guess I didn’t prefect my technique after all... He finally broke my block and knocked me on the ground and stabbed me where the heart should normally be. I then start to scream really loud and kept calling out master Marluxia….and while I kept calling master Marluxia, Ansem just kept laughing. Rudimix then became enraged and turned his bow into dual blades and tried to attack. Ansem then breaks his double sided sword in half and uses the other one to stab Rudimix in the exact same area where he hit me and sends him straight to the entrance door. After that, Ansem resumed torturing me by slowly turning the blade inside me. I couldn’t bare it…but I can’t fade away right now…but I cant think like that…I just have to surprise Ansem somehow.
Ansem: What’s wrong? Does it hurt? It shouldn’t, you empty beings have no heart! So how can it possibly hurt!?
Lestraxil: Shut up! Just leave this world alone! I don’t care what you think about us. I can still fight you….I don’t need a heart to defeat you! You know that, don’t you!
Ansem: !...
While Ansem was distracted Rudimix managed to defeat his shadow creature and shot an arrow at Ansem’s hand. Ansem then removed his hand from his sword and allowed me to take it of me. Ansem then grabs his sword and starts to summon darkness onto it. It looked like he wanted to finish me of. Rudimix then
Rudimix: Lestraxil! Cover your mouth and ears!
Lestraxil: What? Why?
Rudimix: I’m about to use my new technique! Just do it and I promise you that you won’t be affected by it?
Lestraxil: Ok.
I then cover my ears just as Rudimix said. And right when Ansem was about to strike at me, Rudimix shot him right in the heart while he was still pinned to the door. The arrow he shot was a bit larger than other ones I’ve seen him throw and it kept Ansem in pain for quite a long time. But it wasn’t Ansem’s heart that was hurt. He kept kneeling down and covering his ears and screaming. Ansem then summoned heartless to attack us before he turned back into Rin. The swords attached to us finally disappeared from us. So I ran to Rin and took out the arrow lodge on her chest. Rin was also injured from that attack and fell unconscious. Now what am I suppose to do….Rin is injured and I can’t leave her behind and fight off all these heartless….and Rudimix can’t handle this amount on his own, and I doubt he will be able to use his enraged form against them. Still, I need to help him no matter what. I’ll just use one hand to fight and the other to hold Rin. I then summon more whips and begin to defeat heartless one by one and Rudimix then picked up his bow and started shooting multiple arrows all at once. We lasted about 5 minutes until one of the heartless managed to get me and Rudimix on the ground. That fight with Ansem made us a lot weaker than expected. Damn it…what can I do? I can’t help Rudimix and hold Rin at the same time…If only we had more help….Suddenly the entrance to the castle doors slammed open and foot steps were being heard from the entrance. I couldn’t see who it was just yet…I still had to lift Rin.
Unknown: Heartless who hurt beings with no hearts have no reason to live. So I shall take your heart instead.
I was then able to turn around and see Marluxia it Marluxia who opened the catle’s doors . He then runs towards us, summons his scythe, and starts killing heartless all at once. He moved so elegantly and smooth. His hands moved so swift and turned at a very specific angle while his feet were in a unique pose. It was almost as if he was dancing. He didn’t even look like he was struggling. I was so amazed by his fighting that I completely forgot that we were still injured. Suddenly more heartless came up and started to multiply. This time the number of heartless was ten times bigger than the first grouping and they looked much stronger than before. I then look at Marluxia to see what will he do next but all he does is stand in front of Rudimix and I and stabs his scythe onto the ground. Marluxia then takes off his hood and summons a large number of flower petals from the sky and let’s them drop on to the heartless. All the flower petals moved so slowly but managed to touch every single heartless on there heads. Suddenly a large number 10 appeared on top of there heads. That’s when Marluxia smiled and started to block all the heartless that tried to attack us. I don’t know why he’s defending more than attacking, he didn’t even kill them, all he’s doing is pushing them back, he was able to kill the rest of the heartless, but why wont he kill these ones?…. I shouldn’t doubt him though….right now I need to put all my trust I him…Rudimix cant get up and I’m stuck here holding Rin…there’s nothing much I can do right now….I just looked at Marluxia block all those heartless one at a time for a while until I noticed the number above the heads of the heartless started to countdown. I didn’t notice but the number has been counting down since Marluxia was defending us….the number now landed to 5….then 4….3…2…1…And just like that, every single heartless exploded of darkness. With just a simple countdown he managed to kill them all……I never knew Marluxia was so powerful….but then again…I never once saw him fight, so I really shouldn’t be surprised….still, he is pretty strong.
Marluxia: please forgive me. I didn’t know we had company….
Lestraxil: Don’t worry about it….
Marluxia: So this is the girl who’s being possessed by Ansem. I assume she was looking for the keyhole of this world?
Lestraxil: Yes…but we managed to stop her.
Marluxia: Don’t worry. I blocked the path to the keyhole along time ago. I know she’s your friend, but eventually you will need to defeat her in order to save her.
Lestraxil: I don’t know what you mean by that…but right now she needs help. I know she is technically our enemy but she and I are still friends. Let’s just ignore the fact that she’s our enemy right now….she really needs our help.
Marluxia: Very well Lestraxil….I will take her back to our home and heal her wounds.
Lestraxil: thank you
Marluxia: …Lestraxil let me carry her now. You and Rudimix rest inside….The beast will give you the clothes to choose from. I’ll wait for you two back home. Don’t worry about entering the castle…he wont get mad if you tell him I sent you in.
Lestraxil: Right.
Marluxia then opens his corridor and goes in while carrying Rin along. Rudimix then helps me inside and sits by me at the entrance stairs.
Rudimix: How you holding up?
Lestraxil: I’m fine….I’m more worried about Rin.
Rudimix: Hate to break it to you, but I don’t you will see that girl again. Marluxia will most likely get rid of her by the time we get back….She’s our enemy afterall
Lestraxil: Marluxia wouldn’t do that…he told me he was going to heal her wounds….Marluxia wouldn’t lie to me…and she’s my friend
Rudimix: how do you know that girl anyways?
Lestraxil: In my dreams…I recently have been seeing these dreams about her. I don’t know exactly what to make of them. But for some reason I believe they are the lost memories I have…..
Rudimix: That’s strange….well hopefully Marluxia wasn’t lying to you.
Lestraxil: I don’t want to hear that….. Marluxia would never lie to me….I know he wouldn’t….
Rudimix: Alright then…. why are you in love with Marluxia? And why is Marluxia so interested in you?
Lestraxil: Why ask those questions?
Rudimix: I didn’t expect you to change so fast and so unexpectedly…I would like to think this is just a phase, but you starting to scare me and the other members.
Lestraxil: Sorry….
Rudimix: You see? The Lestraxil that I know would ignore my comment and wouldn’t react to anything so easily….but lately…I don’t know what to think. It’s almost as if you weren’t one of us at all.
Lestraxil: don’t worry about it…it’s like you said, a phase. I’ll get over these outburst of emotions and Marluxia will help me through it…..I know I haven’t been acting like myself but right now I just need to worry about other things besides me.
Rudimix: And what about Marluxia? He’s been acting different as well…I notice how he looks at you….something strange is going on and he isn’t telling us about it.
Lestraxil: I had my doubts too…but Marluxia is willing to explain where ever we have those doubts….so we can trust him as long as we confront the doubts to him….
Rudimix: I guess your right….
Lestraxil….Hey…..Do you hear that? I think the beast is coming….
Beast: hey, you two…Where is Marluxia? And why are you inside my castle!?
Rudimix: He went back home. He told us to go inside so we can choose what disguise we will vote on. Are they ready?
Beast: Unfortunately I only have a few clothes that you can choose from….the rest that I have don’t fit you or Marluxia….and the other clothing is nothing but maids and servant clothes….I doubt Marluxia would like me offering servant clothes to him……..so which one do you prefer?
Rudimix: I don’t feel comfortable choosing…they all look fine to me….Lestraxil, please choose. I’m not that big on picking clothes.
Lestraxil: alright then…
I start to look at the clothes….the only one that was black was the one at the far right…it basically looked like an old school uniform but with a slight edge to it. The suit had red trimming and really long sleeves. It came with a white button-down shirt with a small lace acting as a tie. It also came with a skirt and pants, so both me and Larxene can weak the skirts while the others wear the pants can wear it….and Marluxia did say he preferred black, and this one is the only one closest to our cloaks….I guess it wouldn’t hurt to choose this one.
Lestraxil: I think the black one with a red trim might be more suitable for us….
Rudimix: good choice Lestraxil. I also choose that one.
Beast: very well…When you decide to use these clothes I will send you the others to Marluxia.
Rudimix: ok then, we’ll come back tomorrow.
After that we left the castle and began to open the corridor until I started to feel huge pain on my chest. I completely forgot about the injury Ansem gave me….
Rudimix: Hey! Lestraxil! Are you alright?
Rudimix then rushed after me but when he reached me, he suddenly stopped and felt the same pain I did. He was struggling just to help me up, but managed to do so and kept walking with me. Rudimix then opens up a corridor and takes me in. When we arrived at memory skyscraper, we both collapsed. Luckily Xenka saw us and helped us inside. We were both in a lot of pain but luckily neither of us fell unconscious….We both helped each other bandage up our injuries and tried to get up, but we were too weak to move any further.
Xenka: Wow! What happened to you guys?
Rudimix: Ansem attacked us but luckily we were able to survive because of Marluxia…
Xenka: that sucks….Well what clothes did you choose for our disguise?
Rudimix: Lestraxil found this one. I liked it and voted for it as well…
Xenka: Well..it looks nice…better than what I found….i should’ve known going to Halloween town meant finding ugly clothing…..well I also vote on the one you guys found…..
Lestraxil: Hey…Did you see Marluxia carrying a girl in here?
Xenka: Yeah, he placed her in your room and left…I’m assuming she was involved in today’s situation?
Lestraxil: Something like that….Well I’m going to check up on her…
Rudimix: You shouldn’t move Lestraxil…you took a much harder hit than me.
Lestraxil: I’ll be fine…my room isn’t so far from here anyways…
Rudimix: But-
Xenka: -oh just let her….She’s a big girl, let her take care of herself.
Marluxia than sees me and looked really worried. I couldn’t blame him though…of course he would look worried seeing me like this.
Marluxia: Lestraxil! What are you doing? You are in no condition to do anything.
Lestraxil: Oh…Marluxia…the sample we chose is with Rudimix…you can look for it yourself…
Marluxia: I’m more worried about you Lestraxil. Please you should stop walking! Why are you in such a rush?
Lestraxil: I just want to see Rin…
Marluxia: You should’ve asked for my help….
Marluxia then helped me walk to my room. We were almost there until I asked him if I could walk the last hallway by myself. Marluxia looked sad and worried but allowed me to do it on my own. Marluxia walked off very slowly to see if I was ok to walk. He saw no trouble and walked back to his room. But he then turns around a few times just incase…again he saw no trouble and went on as it is. So I slowly walked through the hallway of the building, but of course I had to hold the wall as I walked. I wasn’t in the condition to walk, yet I still wanted to. Right now, I need to see Rin….I kept walking but suddenly trip and made my injury worse….I didn’t give up though…I used my arm to pull my body forward. I was a foot away from my room….I kept moving forward and finally made it to the entrance of my room. I used the knob to get up and pushed my body towards it to open it. There I saw Rin bandaged up just like me….I slowly tried to walk towards her……but I suddenly tripped right when I got to her….I was in so much pain…..I almost felt like crying….but I still need Rin by my side. So I pulled my self up and looked at Rin and slowly feel her hair….She looked like she was having a nice dream….I then look at the injury and touch it to see if she recovered. She managed to recover much more faster than Rudimix and I….Suddenly the pain got much worse and I couldn’t bare it…I then fell over Rin and slowly lost consciousness.....I didn’t fight it though…I saw Rin, that’s all I needed today….and maybe after I’m unconscious….I can have one more dream about Rin….that would be nice.

well only the fanfic original will be wearing the new uniform. also lestraxil was just curious, rudimix didnt hold her hand, it was lestraxil. but yeah....it was kinda funny
