So, there's this girl at my church, she's newish, but I've talked to her a couple times, and I want to flirt with her, she has this Amazing smile, and I was thinking telling her would be a good way to flirt, but, how do I say it? Because I can't seem to think of saying it in a way that doesn't sound creepy... Also, this is more of a general question, but how do you ask for someones phone number? Like, I honestly have no idea, I'm more or less socially retarded.

I wouldn't know myself. Usually, if I want to complement someone, I'll just do it. Maybe lead in with "has anyone ever told you...?"

I have no idea how to flirt with people or ask for numbers =_= But girls tend to be pretty receptive to compliments. Just go up to her and say "I'm sorry, I'm kind of nervous...but I couldn't help notice that you have an amazing smile." And then carry on a conversation from there. If it goes well and she seems to be into you, just say "I'd love to chat more, can I have your number?" and if she isn't into you, on well...on to the next one.
