Well, I think at a point it becomes ridiculously absurd to not plan a trip, ya know? I mean, I've only known Kai and Mynny for a few months, so it makes sense that I wouldn't plan a trip to see them, but you guys have known each other for at least four years now, and I see no reason you'd drop all contact anytime soon. Hell, I'd be surprised if you guys could even imagine your life without ever talking, so eventually I'd say it's pretty likely you'll meet. The only challenge would be money and finding a place to stay, but I doubt that'll always be a problem.

That's the sucky part about internet friendships, you can know people for years and never meet in person :/

Awww *glomps back* I wanted to be at a midnight showing. I love Batman. And I am so beyond sickened at this douchenozzle who has the nerve to call himself "The Joker" shooting up a midnight premiere of a movie that would obviously be super-packed. Imagine the younglings there who had to beg their parents to let them go out and see a midnight show. And this crap happens? Ugh. Disgusting.

The part I can't imagine is that it was planned, ya know? It's one thing if someone flips out, it's not okay, but it makes sense, at least, moreso than someone Planning this, I can believe someone would Plan something like that, ya know? It just bothers me, like, mentally.

Growing up in a post 9/11 and post Columbine world...it's sadly easy to imagine that all of this was planned. It would be weird if someone randomly brought a gun to the theater and just flipped out. It just sucks to have to grow up in a world where you live in fear. Being a female, I have to make sure I'm not walking alone in areas that have a lot of boys so I won't get sexually harassed in the streets, in high school and college I have mentally made notes of where to go if a shooter enters a lecture hall or classroom, and now I can't even freaking wear an Iron Man costume to the premiere of Iron Man 3. It's just infuriating. People shouldn't be afraid to go to the movies and see Batman. And Batman is everywhere...imagine all of the flashbacks these kids are going to have seeing the commercials and merch everywhere. So disgusting.

I just can't see what kind of person does something like that, like, I can't imagine that state of mind, I don't want to imagine that state of mind, and rigging his apartment to explode? It'd be so much easier to say he's insane, but if he's not, if he's just that twisted. Yeah, it makes me sick.
