Spoilers
The memories are not there anymore. They kinda dissolved into nothing just as Xion's own chain of memories pretty much died out as she fused with Sora

The Memories are there inside Sora, and arguably, a part of Xion's persona herself through Roxas. Just because it's delinked doesn't mean it's not there - just out of reach.

The memories are still there within Sora when she fused. You can't really LOSE that chain of memories, its just out of reach and needs to be tapped like in CoM. Sora's memories weren't gone, they were just out of reach until Namine brought them back to the surface.

You, technically, Advent Children came out before Crisis Core too, meaning that that was the first we got a look at Zack, I think. So, maybe that would make it less wierd to include her in some inside/heart/Destati" scene? I mean, if they were to follow suit of strangeness. Except, in this case, Sora would be like the fans of FFVII.

Am I completely losing it when I say it could be possible for Xion to be remembered if enough "light" shines on those memories of her? I mean, Sora's "light," I guess you could say, was able to completely return shape to her lucky charm in CoM. Could the same principle potentially apply here?

From my perspective, she does have them; leather clothing that size isn't necessarily light and could possibly just be good at hiding them.

But eh. I'm probably wrong since my knowledge of the physics behind this subject is...subpar, to say the least. Now let's stop talking about this before I catch Xemnas's nosebleed. XD

That really depends on how you view the events of CoM. If you ask me, the charm changing back was completely Namine's doing as she's the one with the complete and full control over Sora's Memories. Namely, if he remembered anything, it's because she let him. Especially seeing how
Spoilers
Sora's Memories of Kairi, at that point in the game, no doubt leaked out to give basis to Xion. So it's not really like he could connect to those Memories again - they were already gone. Arguably why Namine bothered so much to try and make Sora remember Kairi - because the Memories were slipping away.
