Demyx can come once in a while, but, technically, he's no match for our dear fire wielder in looks. Well, in my opinion, anyway, but I guess it only can constitute here where there is support. Yet, personality always works when in attraction. I've done an aesthetics poll, and it seems even when I'm speaking of the physical appearance, they appear to refer to their personality somehow somewhere. "Larxene is sexy because she's such a bitch" o.o.
Kind of weird.

And when the songs aren't about that, they're about self-fulfillment and believing, which goes with Kairi. The girls are so easy, why are the boys hard?
Awww, and Stop and Stare is a good song too. Now it was made depressing ^^;. In the reality of things though, with most of the facts that you've written about his character in the paragraph, I'm getting more ideas for a video with him. I mean, I still have that Axel/Roxas friendship in mind with the Jumper song, but I guess inspiration can be found at certain times. I can probably do something with it. I'll definitely buy Sony Vegas first, then a laptop. The thing about character songs is that you were never aware they fitted some character until you actually thought about it for a few moments. Some of the ones I put in the clubs didn't hit me right away. I had to search my list in iTunes, remind myself what that song was about, and listen to it to see if it matches. Axel still has the lowest number of songs, though. And he's not really in love either to put any sort of romantic ones in.
And I don't know why it's difficult. Roxas was not hard at all, though. It's like some songs were meant to fit with his situation due to his character, and I was surprised by how many I managed to find. Those especially that can connect to Sora in terms of his problem. For example, Exhibition, "But your hope alone, you're moving past your home. So, lift your thoughts, you're letting go of all you used to know, and now, his blood will flow." Guess whose blood? :P And naturally, most are rock songs. My video senses are tingling again. DARN YOU SONY FOR BEING EXPENSIVE!
Axel is another story in terms of music.

See, I need to actually play the game or become part of the fandom, because even though Cloud and Tifa were pretty much living together in Advent Children, they didn't seem all that close to me. It's a crack pairing. And when Cloud/Aerith is already up against Cloud/Tifa, and both pairings stem from FF, where most of the fans are, not many are going to choose Axel for Aerith. Even in KH, there was dispute about what Tifa meant about being Cloud's light, and Aerith's waiting for him in the credits, etc. It's crazy xD. Yet, you at least know you're not the only one alone. It might not be so...popular, but they at least have some sort of fandom. It's weird that I see Roxas and Yuna videos as a couple, though. Now that one is ridiculous.
And yeah, he never does :P. It's alright for Rude to say who he likes, but apparently, they conveniently left out Reno's own answer to the question he started. Which I hate, because, you know I like Reno/Elena. On the other hand, you got it spot on in Advent Children. Cloud even moved to Aerith's church. It's wonderful that you, without even being in the fandom, notice that he barely paid any attention to Tifa at all xD.

Good point, Org. Very good point. That makes it somewhat tolerable. There's no doubt in my mind I would have really disliked Axel if his entrance was like that. Still, it's just completely annoying. Especially when you know that part of the reason why Axel is popular in the first place is because he got development, which none of the other Organization members even touched.

Well, I don't blame Sora for attacking Demyx. He'd just found out that this group kidnapped Kairi, and they knew something about Riku, after all. So I doubt he was in the mood for mercy. Actually, I wonder why he never asked Demyx where Kairi and Riku were. He must've been the one guy they never asked.
Larxene laughs, but it's a cruel laugh that says she's loving every minute of tormenting Sora. Axel's laugh is more of a "You're all right, kid," laugh. That, and he's usually easy to beat in boss battles, except the last one. He never really gave me the chance to be truly frustrated with him on a gaming level!
It's funny. The one guy they never asked was possibly the only one that would've answered honestly. Then again, not like Demyx is even aware of anything going on in the first place. Still, I think Sora was way out of line in that instant, so I can't take his side. Even in the novels, when Demyx put up the water clones, Sora was surprised at how easy it was, so it wasn't even a straight harmful attack. In the second time they met, it was Sora who egged stupidly for someone to seriously hurt him. And he was insulting. Donald didn't make it any better. They were basically mocking Demyx with, "you suck, lololol, why did they ever let you in the Organization?". This is one of the situations where the anger was taken out on the wrong person, and on the plausible member who might've actually helped them if they played their cards right. I guess it's easy for them to joke about the more meek and weak person, but they don't dare do that crap when it's Xaldin or Saïx. Standard bullying.
And truthfully, I take Larxene's laugh being more on the reactions she gets rather than what she hits. Check out her scenes. Every time they try to charge at her, or they do something stupid like that, she thinks they are completely ridiculous, and obviously degrading of them. If anything, it's her mouth that's more of a weapon. The only thing she did that was out there was with the Riku Replica when she forced him to be mind screwed. Axel's laugh may have been whatever it was, but he laughed, finding deaths he caused amusing. No excuses are going to make me believe that was normal and ethical.

I thought it sounded like Roxas couldn't stand him, to be honest. But that doesn't seem to be the case now that I'm seeing these scenes for myself. I really, really loved the little moment they had right before they RTC'd on their first mission. It wasn't much, but it was nice: Roxas had just learned about the high expectations that Phil had for him, and wanted to ask Demyx was his purpose was and why one was expected to fight Heartless and the other one wasn't. What I really liked about it was what brought the conversation on: Demyx could tell that Roxas was deep in thought and wanted to know if he was okay. And then after Roxas kept asking him questions he said, "Did something happen in there, man?" Maybe the RAD fan in me is blowing the whole thing out of proportion, but I just thought that was sweet of him. Nobody else asks Roxas that question, except maybe Axel a few times. They either wave it aside and tell him it's not important, or they tell him he's too young to understand what's going on. Whereas Demyx actually cared enough to comment on the fact that Roxas was spacing out. And then there's the fact that even though Roxas gets annoyed with Demyx for kicking back and not doing his share of the work, I noticed that Demyx never actually flees for the castle. He mentions something about hoping to catch a few Z's, but he never actually does that. He keeps coming back to check on Roxas, and makes hilariously lame excuses about where he was. "I was, uh...cheering you on! Couldn't you hear me? Gimme an R!" Suuuuuure you were, Demyx. Suuuuuuure you were!
Yes, I see now! I figured it was more playful teasing anyway. And when she just left on Day 256, he sounded shocked at the news and then later wonders where she went when you go to talk to him in the Lounge. I think Days is giving me a better idea of what Demyx's character is like, even though we see so little of him. He worries about the other members, but he lacks the motivation to actually do anything to help. He just sits in the background, plays his sitar, and hopes for the best. I think I'm starting to like him more than Sora even, just cause there's so much they could've done with him, and I like characters with that kind of unfulfilled potential. It lets me use my imagination. Plus he's funny!
I'd feel sorry for Lexaeus, but given how the other members are treated, he's probably better off as he is!

I just went over that scene a while ago. Well, more like a few weeks ago. You didn't really blow it out of proportion. I mean, despite the fact that he made Roxas do all the work just moments before, he showed concerned, and kept asking what's wrong. And I found that nice. Or at least, I remember finding that nice, and I even forgot what you wrote about it. So it wasn't biased :3. Roxas doesn't hate him at all, but he does joke and questions his laziness. As for him disappearing, we never got to see where he was when Roxas was doing the work. He probably went off to rest somewhere, and came back when he believed Roxas would be done by then. He should be skilled in doing that. Doubt any of the members would fall for it, however. You have to wonder what it was like for Demyx to work with Larxene -

Demyx wasn't that bad to anyone. I think the only one he disliked, or at least felt compelled to fear, was Larxene. He's really just there sometimes. But at least he doesn't have it as bad as Luxord, poor thing. He might not have much, but he was one of the nicer Organization members. He even stopped Larxene from going after Demyx in the 358/2 Days novel. It's great that you see more of his personality. I just wish there was more depth than everyone just...firing off these stereotypes. Demyx is the lazy, fun loving, joking type, so that's what we show throughout the whole game. Luxord likes game analogies, so that's what we show throughout the whole game. The only one who got new decent development were Saïx and Xigbar.

I don't know, but...SE of America pissed me off with that. It was stupid. They didn't even have to do much to get a commercial on some channel, or make it more apparent to the fans that it was coming, considering the series has been in a long hiatus. Now, it only increases Nomura's doubt that sending extra things over here will be a waste, when it's really the company's own fault for being douchebags. I haven't heard much on Days gross.

See, I can be right about stuff! :D And yeah, I'd say Kaimyx is to me what Larxel is to you. As for DemLarx, I decided to tell myself that Larxene and Demyx did like each other. But as soon as Larxene became aware of this, she promptly slammed Demyx against the wall and told him that if he wanted to hang out with her, they both needed to act like they hated each other around the others. It's not all that farfetched and I can tell Mel and then we'll both be happy!
...yeah, I know it probably wasn't like that at all. But it's fun to pretend and then the RP doesn't feel so AU after all! And Larxene probably will save Demyx a couple of times, assuming we can bring the RP back to life again. Not enough people are posting and it's getting us stuck. It makes me sad, because I really want to get to the end! But anyway, she probably will, but then she'll automatically brush it off and say she was just trying to get even with Constance. I don't see how I can get her to say that she loves him either. She'll just sort of let her actions speak for themselves.
The more I play Days, the more convinced I get about Kairi and Demyx working. Especially after those missions. Olette and Aqua would never put up with that. Kairi would get tired of it too, eventually, but I think she'd be more amused with his antics, and gentle but firm. I could see a friendship forming between Namine and Demyx, but never going any farther than that.
I understand what you're saying, but I think they'd still have a love/hate relationship because he's more selfish than she is and more sarcastic too. She was loosening up in the novels, and I think she'd be sympathetic to his Roxas plight, but as friends, I think the banter would by flying back and forth.
LOL. If Ventus and Roxas are connected the way they are, it seems Axel and Terra would have to share xD. As for the comic, I've seen it. And the funny thing is that it's so true and expected that it's quite disappointing. I wonder how big of a hit the new yaoi couple will be. Might as well predict the outcome. Aqua seems to "stand in the way" more than any girl has done, though. As in, this is the first trio where I felt there isn't any type of feelings or romance at all. Just a family.
358/2 Days, if it did anything good at all, really made a lot of arguments against AkuRoku. It's obvious now that this is more of a big brother/little brother relationship, and Axel indefinitely sees Roxas as a kid, not someone to bed. I don't...I just don't see it at all. It butchers both characters, especially since Roxas himself is so innocent, and Axel appears like a pedophile predator in that case. On the whole DemLarx thing, did you guys end up talking about it? I know it's hard to think of them in the way you put it, since Larxene isn't exactly the person to hide anything. She was all over Axel in plain view, after all. But now that it's started, it can't be helped. To be honest, I didn't really like the fact that DemLarx was made in the RP, or any couple whose behavior we have not seen, for this VERY exact reason. We don't know what's going to be thrown at us. I think I remember me...not agreeing exactly in the OOC thread when the topic of pairings came up, about having some. I wouldn't care if it was AU, yet, it was suppose to take after canon, and I was in the mindset that we should wait for Days to come out to make the interactions as close as possible before making any decision. Right now, however, we just got to make the most of the slightly AU motif.
Demyx and Kairi, I see work. I think Kairi can be paired up with a few people, really, who aren't bad seeds, because she's sort of nice when it comes do that. And while not entirely in the fandom, she's likeable. I just still don't agree with Axel/Kairi in terms of a love/hate relationship. A lot of KH characters have a few sarcastic wits to give. Does that automatically make it a love/hate when you pair two of those up? No. Banter isn't the only equation. A love/hate is centered on the fact that you want to hate that person, that you probably do hold some hatred over them, and you think utmost that he/she is worth hating, but in reality, you really like him/her, if not love him/her. Perhaps hiding those said feelings because you don't like them, or don't want them, or because you don't think the person deserves it. In other words, it's the ol' "hate that I love you, love that I hate you". That does not spell Kairi and Axel at all. I doubt she even hates Axel, or will argue him over much of anything. We've seen them interact, more so in the novels. For the most part, he's alright, and she turns nice and questions his motives. Doesn't see him as a bad guy. But I don't see the back and forth. Maybe some fanfiction can write it in that perception, but it doesn't really fit unless they changed a minor part of both characters: Kairi isn't the cynical or deadpan type.

I tried Riku, but am not really into him. I guess it has to do with the fact that you got to get used to how every character plays. I feel awkward when having someone that isn't Larxene, especially when they are slow.

At least the characters all have somewhat different personalties, even if they all look alike and tie back to SRK. That's what the story's all about really. Actually, I enjoyed the CoM members immensely in the tutorial. Their personalities really showed and they made the most of what they were given. Plus, I loved how they were bossing Roxas around! Zexion made the funniest comment ever when Roxas asked if he had to completely fill the mission gauge. "You don't have to eliminate them all. It's your choice. Just like I don't have to respect you for slinking back to the castle when there's still work to be done." He's got an attitude! :D And yet, I love how polite and formal he is, saying, "Good morning," to Roxas and all that. He really is a great character. And Larxene, oh boy, how I love Larxene! The members also showed why Roxas really connected to Axel, because Axel was the only one who was really being friendly to him and tried to make Roxas's life more fun.
Where is Pluto? I think I remember seeing him once, maybe, but it's like he doesn't exist anymore T-T. And now is the perfect opportunity since everyone is in the front of the mansion. He can even break the tension by jumping into Axel and slobbering him :P.
I hate the repeating characters about KH a lot. It's just so damn predictable now. There's no change, there's no difference, there's nothing. Nomura is overdoing it.
The CO members, for some reason, really stay memorable. I think they are the most outlandish and more interesting half of the Organization. Which is awful, because they get offed really quickly, and we're left with...well, what we're left with xD. Zexion was great, and he was ultimately polite. A bit strict on missions, but, meh, it wasn't as bad as say...Vexen's. Larxene was horrible in the beginning, but she made up for it later on. Axel was way too friendly. If you look back on the GBA CoM, you can tell it's not the same person, and they derailed him. Especially when they changed his lines in Re: CoM, and made him more deep. You know if they do that there's something wrong, because now it's rewriting some stuff to fit Axel's current self, which wouldn't matter if he was planned that way from the start. A bit of retcon there.

Oh yes, I've seen the Sora bits, and let me tell you, they were seriously distracting during boss battles! I was like, "Hey look, Sora! :D Wait, why does he keep wincing? And what's with the alarm noise...oh crap!" And I feel bad for Roxas and his identity crises. Why can't they just let the kid be himself?!
No? But...but...what about the trio cutscenes on the clock tower and Destiny Islands? *sigh* Why does the game have to be so sad?? And why'd Axel have to be an idiot? Now, I think the novels also said that Axel didn't want to betray the Organization, but he was regretting this when he was sitting in the meeting with the Org and wondered if he should've just told the truth. I'm guessing he does something pretty bad to Xion, then? Uh-oh, not a good way to make Roxas happy. Now I'm curious. But that sucks that he blew it when Roxas kept asking him for the truth. Really, Roxas seems pretty happy being an independent person, he probably would've been satisfied with just meeting Sora and then being done with it. I doubt he'd happily forsake his friends to be whole again like that. Yeah, Axel screwed up.

It didn't really distract me that much. I have my DS a distance away, so if something comes on the bottom screen, I spot it, but it doesn't take my eyes away from the top screen. And as for Roxas, well, right now, I don't even know what he is anymore xD. He's Sora, but then he might have a Heart, that might belong to Ven who looks exactly like him, and then there's this, and then there's that.
I think you'll see for yourself once you get there on the rest, and then we can really talk about it. But, it wasn't really much of a question. Roxas was going to leave regardless. It's either you do or you don't. In fact, Axel would have fared better, and might have actually convinced Roxas to stay, if he told the truth. That way, Roxas wouldn't feel that Axel still kept things from him, and that he couldn't trust his words. Sit the kid down, explain the real situation. In doing that, it would give the answers to calm down his curiosity and need to figure out who he is, and convince him that the worst idea is to leave. It isn't going to be hard, since Roxas isn't the sharpest crayon in the box when it comes to this game.
