Besides which, you can still dislike a character no matter how important they are to the series.

Namine is about the biggest plot hole to me in the series and she's around because of Kairi.
And just because she's a main character (which is debetable seeing how little active plot role she has and how little development she got) doesn't mean I have to like her.

haha! I just got to remember a couple of years ago a moment I'll never forget... I was with the guy that got me into KH. He suggested that I would probably like that game. So we started playing and we got to the part where Kairi giggles. And then he just said "ouch....." xD

That moment was priceless when I'm thinking back at it now...

Man. There was this forum on FFN for Kairi hate, and after KH2 came out all those years ago, people started hating Kairi less. One of the founders said she no longer hated her because she "understood" her. And I lost my respect for most of them.

I don't either. As a character, I liked what they did with her more in KH1 than in KH2. Because despite her being in a coma we actually got to see her o_o;

I kinda liked her in KH1. She wasn't all pinky, selfish and [insert bad language here] Princess of Heart!
She seemed pretty cool, I guess. Stupid, but kinda cool.
