KH: Can't I be Normal? [Possible Days Spoilers]

Sora has beat Xemnas and is home. The question is if his life will ever be the same.

Home Sweet Home?

Hello. Most of you might know me as Sora from the Kingdom Hearts Series. I have come across many stories on the internet, and none are even close to how I live my life on Destiny Islands. Many of them suggest I have Kairi as a girlfriend, or being gay for Riku. None of those are true. Has anyone even considered that I have other friends besides them? No one even includes my family. To give you a better understanding of my life, I should tell you what happened after I defeated Xemnas.

As I walked to my house I wondered what Mom and Dad would say about me being gone for so long. There was one of two options.

1. I was going to be grounded for life.

2. They were going to ask questions about where I was the entire time.

When I entered the house (using Kingdom Key of course), I saw nothing. When I went into the kitchen I saw my mother, my father, my older brother, and my twin sister (yes I am a twin). Mom was cooking Meatloaf and Potatoes, which is my favorite meal. Everyone else was sitting at the table. Before I continue, I should introduce you to my family. As traditional Japanese families, I will start with the last name backwards.

Let’s start with my Mom. Her name is Inoue Maya. She is 40 years old. She has long black hair and green eyes. She was wearing a white t-shirt with black shorts and ten sandals. She is the side of my family that is Mexican. My mom works hard at home and always makes time for the rest of the family. Her cooking is so good; she even runs a local bakery. She also gives great advice.

Next up is my dad. His name is Inoue Jomei. He is 40 years old. He has short brunette hair with blue eyes, like me. He was wearing a white t-shirt under an orange jacket, blue jeans, and a pair of fishing boots. His job was protecting the sailors, had a night shift at the lighthouse, and is even a sailor himself. He provides comic relief for the family. He is sort of like me… yeah right.

Now, we get to my brother. His name is Inoue Kakashi. He is 18 years old. He has black hair and green eyes like mom, except he has the same hairstyle as me. He wore a red shirt with blue jeans and sandles. Although Kakashi has no work yet, he is going to college and is planning to become an astronaut. I just hope he is ready for a surprise. He acts so much like mom, I even tease him about being a male clone of her. Of course, it never goes well when I do that.

Then, there is my hyperactive sister. Her name is Inoue Kyoko. She is 15 years old like me. She has long brunette hair and green eyes. She was wearing a see-thru skirt and wore red high-heels. She copies other people when she is bored, or when she is flirting. Kyoko is a very big flirt. I am being serious. Once, she started flirting with Riku, it took several no’s for her to give up. Overall, she is very active and hates to say inside. She is always restless, so Dad has to wear her out each night before she goes to sleep.

Now let’s get back to the story. I walked over and said “Meatloaf and potatoes, my favorite!” That was when they looked at me like they’ve seen a ghost. After a few minutes of starring, mom hugged me so hard saying “My baby, my baby, my baby, my baby my baby, my baby!!!!!” Father interrupted and said “Sora, at dinner you are to tell us what happened to you. We were worried sick. We thought you were dead.” That was when I told them all about my adventures.

“That was the most ridiculous story I’ve ever heard. Do you really believe this crap?” Kakashi ranted. As Kakashi took no part of my adventures as proof, Kyoko replied “It does explain those creatures that were on the Islands. It also shows how Sora was able to get in without a house key.” As to prove my point, I summoned the Keyblade in a flash of light. That was when Kakashi said “You realize no one will buy that story right?” “I’m not allowed to tell the world about other worlds. We have to keep the world order.” I replied.

When I realized Kakashi didn’t believe me, I started getting mad. “KAKASHI, IT’S THE TRUTH!!! IT IS NOT A STORY I MADE UP!!! DO YOU HONESTLY THINK I WOULD MAKE AN EXCUSE ABOUT MY DISAPPEARANCE?!!! UNLIKE YOU, I GIVE A DAMN ABOUT TELLING THE TRUTH!!!” “I’M NOT THE ONE WHO SNEAKED OUT AT NIGHT TO WATCH AN RATED R MOVIE!!! YOU ARE SUCH A DIMWITTED LYING SON OF A BITCH!!!” After several other insults that involved words I will not say, mom broke the fight by saying “ENOUGH!!!!! ONE MORE INSULT AT EACH OTHER AND YOU WILL BOTH BE GROUNDED!!!!! WE ALSO DO NOT USE LANGUAGE LIKE THAT IN THIS HOUSE!!!!!”

After dinner, I called Riku through new cell phones that King Mickey gave us. “Hi, Sora.” Riku said. “Hi, Riku. I just told my parents what I have been doing, but Kakashi didn’t believe me.” I said. Riku paused and said “Sora, you weren’t suppose to do that in the first place.” “Sorry, my father made me do it. If I didn’t, I’d be grounded for life.” I replied to Riku. Then Riku said “Okay. Just don’t tell anyone else.” “Don’t worry, I won’t.” I replied.

After that we said goodbye, and I went to my room. When I went into the room, I saw Roxas beside me. I freaked and said “Roxas, don’t pop out of nowhere like that.” Sora realized that the line somehow felt familiar. Roxas apologized “Sorry Sora, I was just checking in on you. I also came to say that you shouldn’t let others know about you adventures. Kakashi now thinks you’re crazy.”

I glanced at Roxas and said “Don’t worry. I’m not going to mention it anymore. I just want to see all of my friends again and…” “You’re going to ask a special someone out.” interrupted Roxas. I blushed madly. How did Roxas know who I had a crush on? Just so were clear, it isn’t Kairi. “How did you know that, Roxas?” I asked. Roxas replied “I’m you, aren’t I. I know everything you do.” I forgot about that when I got back.

All of a sudden, a quick flash of a girl appeared before me where Roxas was. I couldn’t get a good glimpse of her, but it seemed she was in an organization coat. She also looked similar to Kairi. After that I had another quick flash, this time of Roxas in some sort of armor. After that yet another flash occurred.

However, the flash wasn’t of another person. I suddenly was not in my room. I was in this desert place. There was also the clock tower of Twilight Town in front of me. Well, at least the top part was there. “If you listen, then we will let you go.” A voice said. It turned out to come from the Coat Kairi. Beside her was Armored Roxas. They were behind me.
Coat Kairi said “We won’t hurt you. We just want to talk.” I asked “What do you want from me?” The Armored Roxas said “We want you to free us from this prison. We cannot stand it here any longer.” Prison? What did they mean? Were they trapped here? “How can I help?” I asked. Coat Kairi replied “You know very well how to get us out.” “What?” I said in shock.

That was when both Coat Kairi and Armored Roxas both summoned the Kingdom Key and attacked me. I had to fight back. I summoned the Kingdom Key and slashed Coat Kairi, but got hit by Armored Roxas. I was hit so hard that I fell to the ground. Armored Roxas cast Cura on Coat Kairi. I was done for, until someone cast Curga on me. It turned out to be none other than Roxas himself.

As if Roxas was confessing to a crime, Roxas claimed “Enough. Sora has nothing to do with this. It’s me you want. I know how to get out. I put you here for a reason. Sora would be gone if you got out again, Xion. I don’t know how you got here Ven, but leave Sora alone.” I assumed that Xion was the Coat Kairi. It seemed obvious that Ven was the Armored Roxas.

Ven smirked and said. “We are not the only ones who are trying to get out. Come with me Xion. We must free them from their torment.” As if on que, I was back in my room. Was that a dream or something more? What was Roxas hiding? There was definitely one question I needed answered. Can’t I be normal?

What are Ven and Xion doing there? Is Sora's secret going to be exposed? Who is this girl Sora wants to ask out? Only time will tell. All you have to do is reveiw. Expect a new chapter next Wednesday. If it is later, I will inform all of you readers. I will also take requests of your OC's all you have to do is PM me a description. The OC's I'm now accepting have to be friends of Sora's, not girlfriend or relative. Only four will make it into the story. The deadline is Sunday. You can only make one character.
