I appologise, this thread has been put in the wrong place. Could a mod please move it to where its supposed to be?

So most of our plot is in Past and Present definition Changes. So Pay attention. The year is 2021 and people have grown a lot more advanced. The old ways of Internet and Cell phone usage are nearly a thing of the past, completely over run by a new way of communication called Cyber Space, which is Literally a cyber world controlled by the mind. How this has changed things:
Internet Surfing
Now Called Cyber Travel,
You create an avatar and
wander the internet yourself
entering into the cyber world
you think of the word you
want to study and you go to
a cyber library to learn all
you need to know.
You want to go to a forum
and you enter a cyber world
designed by people like usual but
you walk from room to room
like you would usually click from
thread to thread.

Cyber Safety
Much different now! It use to be that
You couldn't give out personal information
over the internet because of Identity
Theft and such. Now things are much more
serious. Online predators can hack into
your 'home system' and enter your homes
through the internet. Which is why
Laws such as don’t give out your IP address
Phone Number or password to enter your
home is so important.
There are a set of laws set up to ensure that
users of the Cyber Space are safe just like
Laws of the real world there are serious
consequences for those that break these laws.

Administrators
No I don’t Mean TradeDemon or SoRai.
The Administrators are a group worldwide
known for national security.
Just like the Real World has a police Force,
The Administrators are known kind of like
our legal team only a lot more feared.
Everything you do, say, write down, or think
in the Cyber world is somewhere in their records.
No they don't stalk you online. Their records
are locked up securely and most are impossible
to bring up but if there is someone with ill will
intended for the Cyber Space, the Administrators
will know about it instantly.

Hackers/Viruses
Just like in the past, they have the same
definition. Extremely smart but evil jerkfaces
who create things called Viruses which either hack, destroy,
or both to your computer system. Now it has gotten
a lot more complex than that. Internet Predators,
Hackers, Identity thieves, Murderers, Kidnappers,
any kind of criminal you know of has now combined with
the word Hacker or Cyber Criminal. They create multiple
Cyber Space Identities for themselves and can control them
all at once *something only Administrators should be able to do*
and commit crimes virtually including murders, harassment,
Kidnapping, bla bla bla the list goes on.

Forums
This one is important because this is where our RP takes place
Like in 2009, a Forum is an online social/discussion site. Most of the time
created by regular people who receive money depending on how
many users it has and so forth. Seeing as you are using one right now
I'm pretty sure I don’t need to go into great detail in the definition.
Though a Forum is a lot different now then they were back then. For
example, instead of threads and links you click on,
Threads have become rooms. Main sites have become like streets or
whatever the designer has designed it to be. Whatever information
you want to know from a forum main page is brought to your knowledge
at just the snap of a finger.
To get the basic idea of what I'm trying to explain picture yourself
standing in a place made completely of data. You see nothing but white
above and below you and in every other direction. You are on a Kingdom
Hearts forum so you say something along the lines of "Videos for
Game Kingdom Heats 2." and then you will see options come from the ground
at your feet and hover in front of you like glass disks. You reach out and grab
the disk you want to see and the video plays for you, usually with you actually
standing in the center of the action though you cant be harmed or heard of course
its only an image.

Now that you are caught up on the Vocabulary, here's the idea of this RP.
The Administrator national security center, a facility half in the real world and half in the cyber world, has had some scientists who recently discovered a strange virus working its way through websites on the internet and places in the Cyber control center. The next day things just got ten times worse though. The virus had hacked and literally deleted entire spaces of the cyber world the users in it and all with no trace of how to bring it back. The virus was spreading at a very rapid pace. One of their top minds managed to stop the spread of the infection for a few days but when it came back suddenly on the governments computers about to hack their own 'site' and destroy it as well. Hackers and Viruses stormed their home base, Nearly getting their way into the governments system and taking their information on every single person who ever used the cyber world as well as any other valuable government information and destroying their system. The Administrator's best two agents managed to fight them off and shut them down but the virus escaped again and it has been tracked to, of all places, a forum called Kingdom Hearts Insider! The two agents were sent there immediately to find the virus and then find it's source before more damage is done.
Kingdom Hearts Insider is a Forum that was started quite a few years ago. You basically get the gist of it seeing as you are currently using it. Though now it has become more of a Cyber Space.
Also the forum has a staff of one Admin *how you know the Administrators of this forum the word Admin was branched off of Administrator. They are also known as Leaders or Watchers* who have basic complete control over the forum and access all places of the forum and places that not even full Administrators can go without certain permission. Admins have huge jobs and are known basically as the controllers of the forum.
The forum also has two Super Moderators *also known as Enforcers*. Just like you know them, Super Moderators are rule enforcers and watchers. They don’t have quite as much power or responsibility as an Admin but they have equal as much of a job to make sure that things are safe and Cyber Laws and Forum rules are respected on KHI.
The forum has countless general members who use the forum much like they do today. Spam Central, Role-play, Introductions, Graphic Art, all that fun stuff is still included. Peoples art threads *Now art Rooms* are entire rooms designed by graphic designers like art galleries they show off the artists talents where their art is displayed any way they want it to be.
Role-playing centers are more than story writing. A Role-play is a full live action game played like a hands on video game where you put yourself in the place of your character in appearance, combat, and the whole jazz. Of course you are only permitted to use such role-playing if you agree to not spend your entire life in the Cyber World. That could be epically dangerous.
The Spam lounge is like one big party. People do and say basically whatever they want there.
Kingdom Hearts Insider has become a very huge social forum for members of all ages which is what made it a perfect target.
A team of highly intelligent hackers developed a new type of virus that they wanted to try out. One that may be able to get around all of the Cyber Laws. On this team of Hackers are all kinds of the basic criminal. They have no morals they just want to prove a point and they don’t care if they harm innocent people to get there.
The new type of virus they created is one that prevents people from leaving the web location they are in to leave the web or to travel to any other page. They are just stuck at the site they are in while the virus slowly destroys the place around it, deleting and spamming up everything until the members are also deleted and lost in Cyber Space where they become viruses like those of the program. It really is a scary deal and the only ones who have power to fix it are Hackers like the ones who created the virus, Administrators, Admins, Super Moderators, and some regular members. This is why the primary targets of thetwo Hackers are you two Super Moderators, one Admin, and Administrators. If they can destroy them then the forum is complete fair game and nothing can stand in its way. You have literally entered a game of cyber cat and mouse, life or death. Win and you live. Lose and it's game over for millions of people.

Wow I've just realized my habit of making really long plots for RPs. This idea just came at me out of the blue so I realize its probably not one of my best but I figured it would be kinda fun.
