KHI: So how long has this been in planning?

Nomura: Oh, since about the summer of '97, it's really a great opportunity for the team to exercise our love for the game; it IS a personal favorite you know.

KHI: I see, what's your opinion on the cast?

Nomura: This casting was extremely critical to the film's success, we're of the opinion that it can only be portrayed correctly through these specific actors and actresses we imagined. so yes, i'm definitely satisfied with the list.

KHI: Were you influenced or inspired by anything to make this project?

Nomura: Oh I must say, I'm a big fan of Michael Moore's work, especially his film Bowling for Columbine. That played a big part in what I've created.
