In my opinion SE didn't handle the KH 10th anniversary thing right. First things first is that we got a canon game which is very good something that RE:coded wasn't and 358/2 days was good but couldn't make you stay long with it. Now for the part. First, only US got the collector's edition. Why? They could at least make another Collector's Edition for EU. Last, for it's money it's very good but they could have made something better. It's 10th anniversary of a very precious franchise. They could have done better. Still I love the game.

So we only get the 5 AR cards that come with the CE and not the extra three that come with the first press of the game?

No, the 3 are included in the 5 that come with the MoM. It really only has 2 exclusive AR cards.

New awards have been added for Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance], Theatrhythm Final Fantasy, Heroes of Ruin and Quantum Conundrum. All you need is proof that you have the game (a photo of the box or receipt, or in the case of QC a screenshot will also work, with something that distinguishes you) and then just PM Wehrmacht with your request!

Yes, it is. So go nag Wehrmacht and he shall give you the award. If you have, or plan to get the other games anytime soon, I'd say you could hold off on sending him a PM until you have them all and can provide proof for them at once.
