No Dream Eaters?

So it IS possible you'll just have a though time. Id like to try that if theirs critical mode in the game after I Finnish the game the first time.

There is a Critical mode, and I am pretty sure you can do a level one run of it, too.

However, I have no intention of ever letting my Dream Eaters die :P I honestly would get really freaking upset...but I have to wonder, I know they "die" in the demo but does anyone with the actual game know if there is anyway to bring them back? Like touching a save point or something? Though I suppose if they leave a synthesis material behind then its probably for good.

No. They die. And don't come back even in the full version.

Hmm? Anytime that my dream eaters die, I just walk up to them and press the reaction command to revive them :/

...Yeah, I'm pretty confused by what everyone is saying here. When you say "die," do you mean when they run out of HP? Because when I played the demo, and they run out of HP, they don't permanently die. All you got to do is go up to them, press the A button and then do the reaction command, just like when you revive players from BBS in online mode.

Yes, when they run out of HP and don't save them, they will die.

When you are synthesising new dream eaters what happens to the old ones that you had?

But surely not more useful than a dream eater? I would certainly care more if my dream eater that i created dropped off the face of the earth, then if goofy or donald did.
