Default Google Expanding Gmail's memory to 9 GB

If you're a Gmail user (And if you arent, you need to head over to http://www.gmail.com NOW) You know how incredebly sleek, sexy, and useful it is with about 3 GB's of space. Google is expanding that to a little over 9. To put that into perspective, I usually get 30 emails a day. Over the course of the 2 years I have it, i currently ( Monday, 7:40 AM, 8/13/07) have 8,195 emails read, and am using 74 MB (2%) of my 2887 MB (2.887 GBs) so, 9 GBs is ridiculous.

Also, to those with "Yahoo unlimited email" If you can somehow get more than 5 GBs, yahoo WILL nuke your account.

Haha, that's "good" news to hear. Rather funny, seeing as gmail already had lots of room to begin with. But It's competition with Yahoo as well that's making them do this.

I'm a gmail user. >:3

Now, if you're like me, and use your Gmail account as an online back-up drive for music and such, 9GB sounds absolutely ROCKING.
