How do you change the logo on top of the page? You can't change it in the control panel. What do you have to do? PLease help me!

You have to change the skin
I'm not posotive on how to do it with PHPBB, but find the template in your root.. should be /localhost/phpbb/templates or something, and find the picture file (right click the image you want to change, and "Save Picture As" and see what the name is of the file) and look for that file in the "Templates" folder, and simply swap the images. .. That might be confusing..


Simplified:

• Right click the top image you want to change
• "Save Picture As"
• Look at the file name (Should be something like "Header.jpg")
• Go to your PHPBB folder in your site directory (via FTP) and go to /localhost/phpbb/templates/ (or /localhost/phpbb/images I haven't worked with PHPBB for a while so I'm not sure)
• Look for the "Header.jpg" file
• Change the file name of the image you WANT in the top to "Header.jpg" (Or whatver the one on the page is caleld)
• Overwrite in your /images or /templates folder

I hope that makes sense.. If your using InivisionFree, then I don't know. You might have to go to their support section / forums to find out how.
