pacsun is where i get most of my stuff because it's pretty cheap and they have nice stuff (got a really nice peacoat there for about 50 bucks), but sometimes ill hit up levi's, vans, or target. i'd love to go to express and buy a real nice suit but i'm afraid of spending too much money @_@

also i used to prefer myself with long hair but lately ive been keeping it *kinda* short because ive been told i look like robert pattison on more than six occasions and deep down i like that comparison because he is honestly a pretty good looking guy aside from all the twilight shit he gets

beauty routine:
let's say i have work at 10am. it takes me 30 minutes to get to work. ill wake up at 9:10, shower, brush my teeth, get dressed, and be out of the door by 9:25. not sure if the world is ready for how good i'd look if i actually spent time dolling myself up

I prefer shopping in-stores for the most part. When it comes to more novelty-esque shirts, I'll buy them online but I'm a big fan of try-before-I-buy.

i have a lot of clothes. i tend to throw them away when i notice holes in unmentionable areas.

I prefer shopping in stores. I find something everywhere I go.

Plaid shirts!

Mostly natural but I did just spend a whole year sporting pink nail polish. I'm not too fond of nail art.

I have naturally curly hair so I always go for something longer. I straighten it almost everyday, but for those days that I don't it's nice to have a length that suits the curliness. Also, red. I've had pretty much every shade of red hair possible.

5. shoes? any favorite brands?
No favorite brands in particular, but I really adore flats and boots (like below the knee).

6. where do you look for style? magazines? tumblr? friends?
I kind of just find stuff I like, though maybe I'm subliminally influenced by people I see everyday.

7. clothes & closet space: do you have a LOT of clothes? how do you come across them or get rid of them?
I have a kupoing lot of clothes. My closet is full, my dresser is full, and two laundry baskets are full. I part with things I haven't worn in several years, but it's a struggle.

Sometimes you can find nice things there, but I primarily shop in retail stores.

9. current trends you like/hate/don't understand
Leggings as pants. No really, I love leggings but I feel like it's more appropriate to wear a long shirt with them than it is to have your ass hanging out. I know guys love this but it just irks me.

10. your beauty routine! makeup?
Everyday: eye shadow, eye liner, mascara, some under eye concealer and lip gloss. Then I do my hair, usually just straightening it and leaving it down or occasionally throwing it up in a messy bun.

If the stores I go to in person doesn't have the stuff I'm looking for, I usually go online. It's a lot faster as far as finding what you're looking for. Just the wait of actually getting it kinda sucks. lol

I should be forbidden from answering this. I kinda like black nails. If that makes me weird, then so be it. :<

Depends on what kind of mood I'm in. If I actually want to pull off the shaggy style, then yeah you catch my drift on that. But sometimes, I do actually enjoy short hair. As for hair color, I have never actually tried different colors than my natural hair color, but I've always wanted to try out blue or something.

I'm a big sucker for the skater shoes. I've only tried out Vans, but so far they have not failed me. I also enjoy getting the shoes with the badass designs on them. lol

I just go with whatever works for me. That can range to a number of things.

I wouldn't say I have a lot of clothes. Actually, I don't have a lot of clothes. I have enough to where I can wear clothes when I go out. I don't have a paying job, so I can't go out and buy clothes for myself. Since I haven't really grown much, I don't really need a lot of clothes xD.

Sometimes goodwill has some good deals. These deals aren't always for clothes, but yeah they sometimes have a good selection. Oh, and a good price, as well. :D

The hipster fashion, for one. I am so out of loop of what's hot and what's not. I've looked up pictures, but that's about all i know about it. It has interested me, to be honest.

I am no girl or metro or whatever, but I do take a shower everyday, shave a little, and all that jazz. Nothing really out of the ordinary..at least not yet.

the glasses definitely don't help. one of my best buds tries to rock the glasses, i swear he needs to stop, but i just don't have the heart to tell him he looks silly. actually scratch that, i do, because i've told him several times to his face that he looks silly, but what i meant is that i don't have the heart to beat his ass

there are exceptions, though. pretty sure i've seen pics of silh in glasses, and he looks fine. but it's tough to pull off without looking foolish.

i spend most of my time in forever 21. they're super duper cheap and they have great accessories. i also like the shoes at charlotte russe, and clothes at express, banana republic, lily & star, and victoria's secret pink (and target always has cheap stuff.)

i like floral skirts, belted denim, big sweaters and leggings, and pastel pinks and lace. also cardigans and dresses with tights.

there's nothing better than a french manicure :3
but right now i have solid pastel pink nails!
i wish i could do nail art but i'm really bad at keeping my hands steady, so they come out kind of blobby sometimes. =w=; cutepolish on youtube always has ADORABLE ideas, i really like her pink plaid nails and the arizona tea bottle ones.

i am a big fan of my flat iron. i straighten it every day and mostly leave it down or with a clip or two in. on off days i put it in a messy bun, which has its own elegance!
i really miss my long hair! i think its super pretty when girls with long hair just leave it down all wavy and stuff.

if i colored my hair past just bleaching it a lighter blonde i'd probably go light pink or dip-dye it. it would be very hard to pull off without looking tacky though.

shoes? any favorite brands?

i am currently obsessed with toms. i need to find a pair for myself, i don't have any yet and they are so stylish. o:

i wear a lot of flats and i also bought a pair of bright pink vans with steve when he visited me, and i wear those a lot.

i used to have a ton of uggs but i got rid of those, since walking around in the minnesota snow does quite a bit of weathering on them and i ought to wear something more grownup anyway.

mainly tumblr. there are some really cool girls at my school who i ask periodically about outfits or makeup but mainly i like we heart it and tumblr for fashion. i used to frequent lookbook a lot as well.

gauges and stretching ears. ;-; it scares me so much!

in the morning i shower and deep condition my hair since its so thin and i flat iron every day. i use lots of different kinds of face wash but right now its aveeno calming cleanser. and then i either use a moisturizing body wash from dove/olay or i exfoliate with st. ives. i always make sure to put on lotion in the morning and before i put on my pajamas at night.

and for makeup, i do a lot. rimmel primer and dermablend foundation on bad days, but sometimes i just do bb cream. i have some really nice ones from korea that i got on amazon for like 8 bucks. i always use powder since my face gets shiny and oily easily and i go for matte foundations. i love blush and i use it pretty much every day, with plain black eyeliner and mascara.

for lips i don't really use much besides burts bees or chapstick balms. i use lip gloss sometimes but it comes off so quickly i wonder if its worth it to put on.

favorite colors!
pastels: pink, baby blue, minty green.
dark red, navy and white.
not too keen on orange.

lol! this is such a controversial topic everywhere I go. leggings are very comfy to me, and they can be flattering on girls. it doesn't really bother me.

I love leggings, but I always make sure my butt is covered by a long shirt/skirt/something. I don't know why, it's just the one fashion statement that really bothers me with girls.
