Meh. The only piracy I've ever done is on Korean or Japanese music which is only because I can't get that stuff in U.S. and hey, I'm desperate. I'd easily pay for it though if it was available. But it's not so...

Other stuff, though, like movies, games, etc, I don't think you should pirate. I mean, with Redbox and Netflix, I don't see how movies are even a problem. Games I can kinda understand because gaming stores can be a rip off sometime but eh. Still available.

I spent the loan money I had on stuff I needed. Money I spent on Luxury was the money I had beforehand.

Okay. I'm going to stop this and allow the subject to get back on topic instead of me prattling on about me being in a better situation than you lot. But piracy is a very touchy subject for me because I want to grow up and create games, and it kinda hurts me when people contemplate pirating stuff on something that's going to be my career in the future.

I don't recall ever saying that you shouldn't use loans on luxury items. I said that if you live off of loans, you shouldn't be buying luxury items. That doesn't necessarily denote that you're spending loan money on luxury items.

With the money you spend on video games, why don't you, I don't know, pay off your loans?

I guess the standard stealing is wrong answer. I don't know. I've never pirated anything before in my life. If there's something I want I buy it, and if I can't afford it I leave it, or save up for it.

Games, I don't pirate, mainly because I'm a console gamer and I can't be screwed trying to hack my xbox/ps3 to play pirated games. Movies and Tv shows I download, but when the dvd/boxset comes out, I go buy them because I'm a big special features/behind the scenes whore.
