I heard of it from the news in cable, it's very sad, why must parents and adults these days need to be so cruel and abused their loved ones? What is their reasons to do this? I find most of this tragic incidents had to do with relationship problems and problem disorders but what happen to Baby Brianna is too unbearable. She would have lived on if none of this happens. : (

This story is absolutely shocking. Granted, there are many stories like this but this one took it to a whole new level. I don't understand why any parent would ever do something like this to a child. I don't understand how any parent could put their child through such torture and pain when the child has done nothing to deserve it. Don't they understand how painful that is physically and mentally? How painful that is emotionally? To be degraded into something a little more than a toy and a rag doll especially when you are a human with the same rights as every other single human on this planet is despicable. That baby was more of a person than her parents and her uncle. That baby was also more of a person than the uncle and the grandmother that knew about the abuse and let it go on. The fact that they did nothing at all about it is also brutal abuse. Thirty days in prison? Are you kidding me? They should've got a life sentence, too.

No, no. It was thirty days in prison for the uncle and the grandmother that knew the abuse was going on yet did nothing to stop it or call the police. I said that that in itself is a form of abuse and they should've gotten life, too.

seems good enough. ironic, that's the years they should have gotten to be w/ their child, but they killed her, so now to have to live through that in jail, the years they could have seen her grow and laugh, now filled with remorse on what they should have/could have done.
i too don't see why people can be so cruel, but then, i don't think people should be saying "oo that's baddd and cruel". >~>

i think if i have seen this in some other day, i might have thought "are you kidding me? they should get a life sentence!". but those 18 years are the years they where suppose to be growing their child, but now they too will not be able to do that, just like that baby girl.
