I just won my first auction on Ebay and felt like the site itself warranted some discussion.

Don't you just get this thrill as the last hour ticks away and you struggle to be the highest bidder?

lol I LOVE Ebay! I've gotten some great shit on there. There's been like 4 or 5 times that it's come down to the wire but it's such a good feeling when you win it in the end!

Well i always like to watch the Items im Selling Jump from $10 to $70 within the Last minute.

It makes me so happy and i get the Thrill of "Man WTF is this gonna Sell for"

lol thats happened to me once. I was bidding on something and the price went from like 25 to like 60 in a matter of a minute. Thats a pain in the ass. It has to be the seller on another account or an accomplice. I dont think most people would up their bet $30 or more in the closing minutes.

Now to find FFVII, FFIX, and AWDS!!!

But the FFVIII one nearly bankrupted my Ebay "allowance", though.

Does Paypal return the 2.95 USD they take?

I dont think so. And FFVII will not be cheap. I think it can be as high as $100. Such a rare game to find these days.

You get the satisfaction of winning as well as pissing people off. It's fun.

You'd be Surprised what people are willing to Spend on certian items.

I make Hundreds of Dollars of Month by Selling Yugioh Cards.

Also Paypal will not refund you the money they take from you. They want there Cut from the Transaction.

Last I checked, it was $500.

But this one guy had an auction like, 5 hours from ending and it was .99, and I was so PO'd!

Well, I know 1.95 gets refunded, but they stole a buck. :(

It used to be Hella alot Easier about a year ago then it is Now.

After you sell an item you loss a certain % to Ebay then you lose another % to Paypal.

Say i sold an Item for $50 after ebay and Paypal are finished taking there Fee's you'll come out of it with about $44-$47

When I was moving a couple months ago, I thought of selling some stuff on Ebay, but my dad said no and we ended up tossing these items.

There are so many things I want to get rid of, it's better to sell them than to just throw them away.

The last things I sold were some old books I didn't need anymore. :]
