I'm surprised so many people think Masturbating is bad. Then again, i live in New Jersey.

Look, sexuality is ok when you are responsible with it. As long as you don't let it consume your being, you'll be fine. Masturbation is not only healthy but kinda important. By keeping "the works" active (atleast in males) you significantly lower your chances of cancers and other disorders, while simultaneously making you more potent, which is important for if you want children in the future.

In reality, i think probably the worst thing is more some of the fantasies people have while masturbating, rather than the actual act.

Well I for one never said it was bad. If people do it, good for them. Hell I did it before I started getting sex. But that's something private, why bring the topic up on public. You dont go to school and start asking "hey guys, anyone here masturbate?" Just keep it to yourself and dont ask other people.

Seriously. Grow up, it should be pretty obvious that every guy has done it at least once in their life (there are some that can somehow last without doing so... kudos to them, though). Heck, some women do, but really, why should this matter? Unless you've got some kind of point to that question, even if it was something stupid like 'does it make your dingy smaller', then at least there would be a purpose. But I don't see the purpose to this thread

As for it being bad or good... depends on your preferences, thoughts, and beliefs on the subject. I, being Christian, don't see it as being bad. I'm not sure the act itself is bad... but it's the thoughts that CAUSE people to do it that are bad. That's my thought on it, anyway.

Hey, all i'm saying is don't be so sensitive about it. its not all that serious. I find it hilarious that we have all sorts of extremem horrible violence, but no one has a problem with it.

Wow, that went straight over your head. The point is, why is sexuality such a hush-hush, innappropriate thing, when argueably more damaging things like brutal violence is an accepted part of everyday life.
