The Ever Rising Gas Prices...

So, I'm being driven to work, and I'm noticing these high gas prices. So here's the question: Where do you live(state/country,etc.) and how much do you pay for gas?? Also feel free to rant about outrageous prices.

I live in the USA, CT in particular, and the highest I've seen is $3.63, although I heard that someone is like $3.87.

Yeah I live in Boston and I think the highest I've seen it is 3.65. It's terrible how high prices are lately. Almost makes me not want to drive.

lol... yeah everything about life is harder these days.. lol I remember when gas was just .89 cents.... right now I think the highest around me is around the 3.80 somethings.

It sucks I'm not even old enough to drive....OH GOD. At these prices, by the time i can drive, I might as well have a job as a male prostitute to pay for my damn gas. O.o

$1.40 is about the highest it's been here. And that is recent.

The great thing is, our dollar is only worth $0.93 cents to you.

But it keeps rising. And maybe, if we go over a dollar, petrol prices will start dropping.

A gallon is around 3.8 litres, so we're the ones experiencing the huge petrol prices.

*shruggs* As a college student, I personally find high gas prices a serious problem, it's gotten to the point where I spend almost as much in gas to go to school and work. I don't know about you all, but it's put a serious crunch on weekend fun.

Even though I hate the high prices as well, I wouldnt call the prices outrageous. There just isnt enough fuel anymore. We need other ways to drive a car, instead of earth oil. That's not gonna work much longer. Prices will get so much higher the coming years... Expect to pay 10 dollars a liter within the upcoming decades.

Well I'm not exactly gonna say where I live, but gas is about $3.49 (I think) per gallon, so it's going to suck this summer when it raises to $4.00. My mom already has to spend about $60.00 on gas to fill her van and my sis has to spend about $30.00 to fill her car.

This is why I want a hybrid, but those are more expensive than gas and I probably won't be able to drive when I'm older anyway.

Umm yeah here it costs about $1.40 per litre, but now that i've gone and done the nerdy thing of getting out a calculator... xD

$3.49 (per gallon) divided by 3.8 (approx no. of litres in gallon) = approx 92 cents per litre

Wow... lucky xD I don't want to drive XD
