Nice work on the background. The sig is a bit small for my taste. Maybe make the stock stand out more. Get rid of the overlay border x_x Make the border smaller. Other than that it looks very nice.

Awsome sig! It is really kewl the pic is really wicked looking.. It is kinda small but it is different.. I agree with Agent Orange Make the border on it smaller and it will be great I give it a 9

Everything's great, except for the character's colors and the border:

The colors of the character seem a bit dull. Maybe render it a bit to make it stick out? I'll give you a link to a tutorial.. if I can find it again. <<;

The border's a bit too huge. Reduce it to a simple one pixel border in Microsoft Paint, or something. Get rid of the overlay border too, like Agent Orange said.
