Well the right side looks a little bit boring so you might want to do something about that. The reds and orange spots are bugging me a little. Thats really all I can see. Good work, ;D

if so, its really nice use of it.
it could use a bit to the right side to balance the tag out.

The negative space is too strong and too sudden.

Expand the lighting to a little more on "his" right shoulder.

The lighting is like this:

You don't have to drastically do it, but when the light comes out, it spreads as far as it can go. Plus, the negative space won't overwhelm the tag like it is now.

Ummm... wow, the right sides negspace is really strong. And merely for that fact, it throws the tag off for me. I think if you spread out the light source more like Diesel said and some more to the right I think you'll have a pretty winrar tag.

Crop it and make an avatar, or just scrap it. I really can't see anything that would improve it without drastic changes.
