The flowers feel random. I like the idea behind the distortion filter you had, but you did something wonky to it to make it seem odd. Did you use Sprayed Storkes/Sharpen? If so, set it to lighten. Add some other things which I dont really know at the time.

Add some colors because it just is kinda bleh.

For one, I think its too close to one of *Oathys* sigs...
2, its VERY pixel-y but I think that might be gimps fault....(I've used this stock before *pokes sig*)
3, Brushing seems pretty random and could do with some text..

The stock looks low quality to me, and the effects are all over the place o_O I really don't like the pixelated look at all since the stock already looks pixely. The flowers don't really work well here, either >_< I'm sorry.

I would start with something simple. Play around with brightness/contrast levels and the color balance, or creat new adjustment layers such as slective coloring - afterall, it looks as if you did nothing to enhance the actual stock.

Nice idea, however, Sora is HORRIBLY blended in. Try setting the stock layer to soft light, and move on from there?
