Hmm... You say we can't use someone else's work and call it our own, but what if we say the original creator made it - on the signature - and give them props? I have 3 wallpapers stitched into one wallpaper. They come from a site called animepaper.com. Can I use it? I will put the wallpapers' original names as their creators intended and put in the creators' names.

No, just shown to the staff or the rest of the members. If the members know you have permission, then they won't report you. If a mod asks you about it, just PM them the screen shot.
