Rippers; Lowest Class In Existence - Ripper Allegation Thread

I've already informed EmmBee of this, and he told me to come here. So here I am. /strikes a Boonie-esque pose.

Okay. Here's the story. Not of a man named Brady. But of Cloudy_Card. I was carousing around a t-shirt site, when I came across a design that looked very familiar. I remembered where I first saw it: On Cloudy_Card's emo tag. I compared the two, and they're just about exactly the same.

On Threadless.com, all the artwork and designs are copyrighted. C_C did not credit anyone in his tag, and went on to say,

It is not his girlfriend, it's Threadless.com's artwork. The tag was scarcely modified. The brain was erased and C_C added 3Dish dots. He also duplicated some swirls and placed them on the tag. But the swirls and such came from the original image. The tag was simply comprised of original and copyrighted artwork, and no credit was given.

Ha, finally someone caught/got him. I knew he was a ripper along but I couldn't find the proof, but seeing that his avatars came from the bleach avatar community and that know the people there. His other work was ripped off of wallpapers + slapped on text. The only thing he was able to change was text basically. o:

Well then. I feel a bit proud for getting a ripper off the forums for a little while. But I do feel a bit bad because he was my friend. Oh well. I don't really show remorce towards rippers, though.

Shiro - you could've gotten the original wallpapers and gotten proof there. =P
