Fifth Round

Participants: .Oathkeeper., *twilight_riku*

Due date:08/07/2006

Requirements:
- Theme: Kimono
- Dimensions: 380 px (width) by 120 px (height)

Bans:
- Defacing any part of the stock
- Renders (C4D, Bryce, etc.)

Reminders:
- Entrants will be given 72 hours (3 days) to post and edit their pieces.

- After the deadline (stated above), other members will be able to vote. The polls are open for 48 hours (2 days) after the initial deadline to non-entrants only. .Oathkeeper. and *twilight_riku* cannot vote, but are free to say anything about the other piece. If you post before the deadline, your vote will not be counted.

- You must post at least three sentences about the piece you are voting for, and at least one sentence of constructive criticism for the other piece. Failure to comply will result in your vote not counting.

Sorry TR. Oathy's got you beat. The stock on Oathy's is clearer and the text is better, but TR's stock is very weird (the brush strokes bug me) and the colors are muted at best. The color is nice and vibrant on Oathys, though the lines in the left backround are odd.

Oath is much more appealing.

The colors are fung shway. The design works, and the flow is great. The stock's a bit bright, though.
TR's is just way to dirty and hard to see.

Oathy GMV

Oathy's tag has nice colors, contrast and very nice typo.
*T_R*'s on the other hand, has washed out colors and a font that doesn't go too well with the rest of the tag.
I don't see any flow either, just random filter distortions, which disturbs me.
Work more on your flow, *T_R*.
