Glowing eyed unknown

i was wondering if somebody could redo the enigmatic man sheet to make it look like the glowing eyed unknonw ive tried it countless times on paint and it always gets messed up somehow like the eyes wont match or the colors rnt right or it just doesnt fit the sprite
