how do you use photoshop?

i am going to make a special edition sig until advent children come along. as you can see in my sig i am counting down until the date i was told it will come out. correct me if i am wrong but it will come out in september 13th right? well whenever it comes out please tell me the date. to get to the point i just want to know how to use it. any help will do.
