how to make animation gifs?

hey i need to know how to make a animation gif and i already have the sprite sheets but i dont know how to make it and i dont have a system to make them where can i get a free one.

lol i learned yesterday day but i got it down i use imageready to make it so i dunt no if there is other progarms make ur first layer then duplicate that then when your done save it as save optimize as lol ya i had problem with saving it because i didnt know that so remember lol... n if you got questions just hit me up on Aim im usually on
