took out that ugly purple at the bottom of the stock, it was bugging me.

I kinda like the purple there, it's better looking somehow.
It kinda confuses me cause it took me a while to see what was going on here, I think the yellow lines did that. It's a tad oversharpened too.

Some parts look oversharpened and the stock looks really bunched in between those other effects. The background goes against the flow as well. I have a feeling this would look better if the stock was in black and white and you kept those yellow lines and that orange part of the stock.

new version up, which i kind of like. the orange with the b&w wasn't really working out.

I think the white is too strong in the b&w one, maybe fix the lighting/contrast.

so the colored version looked best, and with the purple it was the shit. cause it provided some complimentary coloring.

I like the last b&w version.

in the b&w version it's not that much of a distraction but in the colored versions the left side looks a little over sharpened.
