Your 'darker' one actually looks lighter, aha.

I'm not too keep about how sharp the white floral bit is. Super distracting.
otherwise, I like it, and version one is best.

Needs to be less messy. as it is, there's no real thought into the composition, just a bunch of random effects you hoped would look good.
colors are messy as well. needs to be refined. pick a color scheme and stay with it. curves, levels. instead of layers of colors set to lighten/screen, work your colors into your tag naturally.

i mean there are like 1020935 other tags that don't match the stock's feeling/mood.
