the background doesn't really fit well with the rest of the tag imo.

and overall it seems dull, needs some curves/contrast.

well the background is part of the stock so :P. tell that to the photographer lol. buti see what you mean. i didnt cut the stock to well.

you don't make tags on websites, you make them in various programs like photoshop/gimp and then upload them to the internet.

agreed. the fact that the effects aren't overpowering the stock in the slightest is very hot.
