(sorry in advance if this should have been somewhere else)

does anyone know of a good way to get screenshots from videos? i really wanted to use some from a music video for a stock for a request, but the best option i have that i can think of is PrintScreen. i was just wondering if there's a better way.

VLC media player has it's own picture capture feature built in.

yes, is the video you're talking about on the internet? I don't think there is anything that can get a screenshot off an online vid except for the old reliable PrntScr key.

well i was hoping it would be that easy considering the trouble i would have to go thru in order to download videos (slow connection that i have), but in the case that my connection improves i'll keep your suggestion in mind. thanks Zook :)
