pretty much the only thing i don't like is the stock, it sucks. i like the style you've got going though, develop it a bit more, get more creative with the foreground effects.

The last one would've been even better if the canvas was smaller and the text tighter and a little more appealing.

stock is over sharpened on both, but i like v1 better.
because the dupe on the right side in v2 is distracting as balls.

I like what you did with the effects in the middle. I think it could use darkening (god don't i just love dark tags?), but that's just me.

I agree with Eli about the stock =/ but it still looks great, good job.
