Well you stole my Twin Towers!!

I'm not liking any of the squiggles and it's rather bland. This stock of Kefka doesn't work as well as Ikki did in my old tag but it is workable if you change the pastel colors to something more appealing(idk) and add something more to the background to give it more feeling. Also text doesn't work either.
