I would think he means like, a submissions thread is put up, a theme, a closing date, and people post the works in there, then the declaration thread after, voting, then the winner. Simple

Clans need to be exactly like they were in the times where The Citrus District was still around. I'm not saying that was a perfect clan but it is the only one I can remember to give a time period.

Woaahhh, for a monthly competition, that's seems like waaaay too much. A yearly competition might work for something like that, but who'd be willing to give the money out?

80 dollars a year would have to be given out if we gave out 20 dollars every 3 months. You'd need someone to fund that. :/

Maybe talking to dg to find out if we would be able encorperate a rep system based souly off artwork and member input, not relating to normal rep.
Possible badges for graphics in general or specific clans.
A forum shop where artists could upload their work and members could "purchase" tags with points based off their post count.
