The text is definitely a no, Stock is LQ, bad stock placement, and no light source. There is also not much of a flow going on either. Very few colors in there (I suggest a gradient map). The effects are alright, but boring at the same time. Here is the final score

Effects are meh, and the stock placement is... like not there. Colors do not match the stock at all. No flow. Text is alright. Overall I think this should be scrapped and re done completely. Here is the final score:

Waaay too dark. Choice in colors has pretty much no relativity to that of the stock, no flow, and the text is pretty much pointless.
The advice I have to give you is to try and build around the stock, placing it in the center when possible. not push them to the side and cover everything in a dark haze and random colors. The text should not be the focal. That's honestly what I think you did here. Not trying to be harsh though. ^^;

It's overly simple, the effects are seemingly the most important thing, no variation in colors or flow...

I don't like stock; you messed up the colours big time.
The text it very.. annoying.. I don't really like it. =/ And the BG colours are giving me a headache. Or mabey that is just the darkness.. I dun know. I also don't like the smudge on the dude on the lefts arm.

The stock is a quite small. I don't like the border thing either. Its very light, and dosn't hurt my eyes. But it looks like you didn't do much with the backround. And I don't think there is any flow on this sig. Also, the colours are a bit bland. But you got a good quality stock, I guess
