looks ok, but it is so LQ

I like your variety of effects there, concerning the left and the right sides.
But the bunch of plant like effects on the right side look a bit LQ, like the size of the canvas stretched them beyond their crispness limit.

The color scheme to fit the concept works fine here. Then the style's fine.
But for some reason, I'd encourage to try making a black and white normal figure of Cloud, then having those white silhouettes building around him. Then with that, your effects can do the same. Just an idea to throw out there.
