Seriously. D Doesn't belong here.

This being my first tag, the only way to go now is up. So uh, be as harsh as possible. In fact, rip it apart.

Colors are good, but it seems the render/stock is a bit contrasted and it kinda looks like FHS (floating head syndrome) as the neck is barely visible. Right now it seems to be kinda plain. Though the colors may be good they could be better

Hmm, it isn't to bad for a first go... It's a bit too simple for me, and something on the other side would have prevailed nicely... possibly some words, just smallish, possibly around size 18. Also, it doesnt really have much depth to it... it just looks like one layer, if you get what i mean... Otherwise, good work

for you first tag thats pretty damn good,just put in some more effects,and depth.

As has been said, it's good for your first tag.

But try to get Photoshop.

Pretty nice. Just needs more meat to it. If you plan to work on GIMP you should think about applying to Wishing Star Studios.

You should match the colors alittle bit more, making them more related to blue even though you have some of that in your tag. This being your first tag it is fine, better than what I made. The render should have a better quality and is blended in too much. The sig also has floating head syndrome, which isn't the worst part since I do that myself.

Reminds me of a popsicle stick. Like, I can lick those colors and they'd taste like that firecracker ice pop.
