It looks like you had something big like a wallpaper or a layout but you cropped it. thats probably what you meant by it not having depth. It is a little cluttered but the light effect is pleasing to the eye so it'll work

Surely this thread is obsolete if you answered your own question. Main issue here is stock placement and size, leading to a disproportionate amount of space to be randomly filled on the right. A little too busy as well imo and abolition of the text would be good...

Well... I certainly didn't do that. xDD But by it not having depth I meant like... it didn't have depth, between the effects, background, stock, etc. It felt flat to me.

Yeah, I kinda like busy. (Not too busy, mind you. xP) Can you be a little more specific about the effects on the right, like what specifically is bad and how you think I should fix it? And does the text really look bad in the sig or do you just not like text in general?
