I Agree, Fan art isnt sometimes the way to go.

Though the image is okay, i prefer official images.

Just try to find official art or CG that interest you and just go from there

cut out is bad. looks like fanart again. if its blurry try sharpening it. too much text. colors are bad. needs lighting. look up tuts

firstly it aint fan art in the second one..just cause it looks like it..doesn;t mean it is..anyway look up tuts :D your just starting and you need to learn techniques before you can start to delevop your style...there are some video tuts on youtube i think...but anyway practise and in no time you will be a fine artist :D
