Default Photoshop Tutorials
Hello. I'm not sure if this is the right section but it seemed like it so...

Does anyone have any tutorials for photoshop? I'm trying to edit my pictures to look like anime. I forget what it's called. I think cell-shading? I'm not sure. I'd appreciate it if someone helped me out. Thanks.

Also, while i'm talking, does anyone know how to make a sprites? Can someone send me a link to download a sprite-making program or something? I'm new to sprites & i wanna learn to animate them too. Help me please...

I've got a question. Can you put a border onto text using Photobucket? For example something like this.
