Requirements:
- Theme: Disgaea
- Dimensions: 380 px (width) by 120 px (height)
- MUST have sexy text

Bans:
- C4D Renders (Ya, I'm a pain in the butt, huh?)
- Using another image other than the stock

Reminders:
- Entrants will be given 72 hours (3 days) to post and edit their pieces.

- After the deadline (stated above), other members will be able to vote. The polls are open for 48 hours (2 days) after the initial deadline to non-entrants only. The Scarecrow and tux_ cannot vote, but are free to say anything about the other piece. If you post before the deadline, your vote will not be counted.

- You must post at least three sentences about the piece you are voting for, and at least one sentence of constructive criticism for the other piece. Failure to comply will result in your vote not counting.

tux_ got my vote. I like the colors and the texture. The stock shows up well here, though it doesn't take over the tag completely. The lighting is pretty even, and overall it's pleasing to the eye.

Scarecrow, I like the smudging, but the right side is completely empty besides the text. The lighting's too strong and only on the left side, and the stock.... I don't like what you did to it. He looks like he's being eaten.

I like Tux's.
The stock is more noticeable, and stands out more. The lighting and colors blend well together (I hope that makes sense). And finally, the text is well placed.

I don't like how it's basically empty on the right side. The 'split' is a nice touch. If you were to add some brighter colors and/ or add some light to the other side it would probably get my vote.

That's just my opinion. They are both really good though. better than anything i could do. =\
