Oh wow!! o_o This is a tough vote here! Both awesome makesrs AND sigs!!! But....... KeyBreaker GMV.

DR14: I just think that your sig is kinda plain. Not a lot used in the sig... and I know you're in a slump. Not your best work.

KB: Awesome! I love the pop-out effect!

KB: the popout design looks awesome. i like text and the bg also.

DR14: i think its a little plain. i like what u did with the sig but i think it needs more color.

This is an EXTREMELY hard one...dear Lord, I can't decide.
But I'm going to say DarkRiku14 GMV.

Personally, I enjoy the colors of the TNY entry more, but the intricacy of Keybreaker's is wonderful. It's very balanced and smooth. The text is very well done. However, the colors bother me...it's very brown/green.

In terms of wearability of the sig, DarkRiku14's would win--the stripes on the side and the blending are awesome. Still, I have to give props to Keybreaker. NICE WORK, both of you, they're brilliant!

The colors are lovely, text is really nice, everything about it is really nice, great job.

Darkriku, yours is also really good. I would have said they are equally good, but I have seen that stock so many times.... and a little more color would have been nice.

Keybreaker: I just LOVE the colors and the "faded" effect. The background is beautiful, and the text is amazing. I really don't see anything wrong with this sig at all.

DR: It's just so...bland. I don't like the stock, and it looks like you have a candy cane or something on the left side. It's just not very attractive. =/

Another difficult choice, but I gotta go with KB gmv.
The stocks and text look great, clear and very cool.

I never liked whatever font darkriku's using, it's to hard to see for me, and the effects on the stock bug me.
