No. For English you might need KHII File, and Beat Sora's Story.

Oh really?
Because I have it on a different memory card since my one ised for KHII and Kh are full...
and I still can get the Organization card.

Yes. Sooo try it. Just get a completed Memory from KHII to your Memory card that you play ReCoM

I Have all organization cards and I still Didn't need a Kh2 memory.

Actually yes.

Go to Neverland, Atlantica, Hollow Bastion, Twilight Town, Destiny Island, Castle Oblivion. But Atlantica is the most popluar place to get it, but IMO its Castle Oblivion.
